So I was considering doing all bikes previously, but I wanted more tactical flexibility than just having 24 guardian bikes and 2 seer-councils doing all my dirty work.
I have one guardian defender squad who's sole purpose is to find a piece of terrain, stay there and shoot at things. hopefully there is an objective involved. In games without objectives....they can hide, it's only 95 points.
Seer Council on Jet-Bikes
FarseerL Fortune, Mind War, Stones, Warding, Witnessing
6x warlocks, bikes. 4x destructor, 1 enhance, 1 embolden
Farseer: Doom, guide, witnessing, Stones (rides with banshees)
8(9) Exarch w/ Mirrorswords
Wave Serpent, TW-BL, Stone
9(10) avengers: Exarch, Bladestorm+dual SCs
Wave serpent, TW-BL, Stones
Jetbikes 6, 2 Scannons
Jetbikesx6 2 Scannons
Guardian Defenders 10, WP has a scatter laser
3x Prisms stock.
depending on how I feel about the defenders I kinda want to turn them into 2 more 'locks but I would have to finagle a couple more points (probably losing a banshee).
3 prisms, 2 wave serpents, and the council can all kill armor (which seems important at this point level) Jet-bikes can get around behind things sometimes and the cannons can cause some problems.
I'm pretty sure Jet Bikes only work as 6 with 2 cannons, without 2 cannons they don't do anything, and in larger squads they are too easily tied up and lost forever.
I haven't actually played Eldar since early 3rd edition, So hopefully I'm not too off base. I look forward to any input

list looks good but i would rethink the farseers. on your jetbike farseer i would suggest getting rid of mind war in favor of doom, on your second farseer on foot i wolud get rid of guide as your banshees wont be doing much shooting. i also suggest adding another guardian squad for bulk and dropping the destructor power on your warlocks.hope my advice helps and good luck!!!!!
