Welcome to Librarium Online!
The more I think about this list, the more I like it. But I can't shake the feeling that I need more Boyz for the Waaagh!. Thoughts? Suggestions?
HQ: Big Mek - 85 points
Elite: 8 Burna boyz + Mek Boy - 135 Points
Elite: 5 Nobz + Painboy - 235 Points
1x TL Shoota/PK/Bosspole
1x TL Shoota/Choppa
1x Slugga/PK/Waaagh! Banner
Troop: Deff Dread - 85 Points
Troop: 20 Slugga Boyz + Nob - 176 Points
2x Big Shootas
Nob has PK and Bosspole
Troop: 20 Shoota Boyz + Nob - 176 Points
2x Big Shoota
Nob has PK and Bosspole
Fast Attack 10 Stormboyz + Boss Zagstruk - 205 Points
Fast Attack: 2 Deffkoptas - 130 Points
2x TL Rokkit
1x Bigg Bomm
Heavy Support: BattleWagon - 135 Points
w/ Deff Rolla
Red Paint Job
2x Big Shoota
Heavy Support: 2 Killa Kans - 90 Points
Each has: CCDW and Grotzooka
Heavy Support: 2 Killa Kans - 110 Points
Each has: CCDW and KMB
This currently comes in at 1562 (I believe), so I need to tweak it to reduce the cost. The easiest things to drop are the Deffkoptas or Nobz, but then I lose some of my harassment/anti-harassment and hitting power...
My current idea on how this will work is the Big Mek walks with the killa kans for the save and the Battlewagon, Deff Dread, stormboyz, and boyz follow behind. The Burna boyz and the Nobz will be riding in the Battlewagon with the Deffkoptas harassing and hitting any fast moving flankers.
Once I hit their line, kans and dread go wild while the wagon Tank Shocks and drops Nobz on top of them. From here the burnas can just fire out of the wagon or hop out as well and assault. Storm boyz will hop over and hit vulnerable bitz.
The problem this presents is my kan wall is not very big and I may not have the numbers in my boyz to back it up.
Any advice or criticism is welcome, I wish to use this as a learning experience. I also need to know if this is a legal list.

Hope that helps, it needs a good bit of work imo.
I'm a little confused, are both the squad of burnas and the squad of nobz inside the same battlewagon? You can't do that. Only one unit can be in there.
Overall, the list looks like a solid footslogging army, but there are 4 problems:
1. The units of burnas and nobz
Burnas get a lot of flak, and I must say, they aren't bad, but they both need a transport, and in this list a squad of burnas and/or nobz in a transport would be too tempting of a target to survive. I'd drop them and either take lootas, kommandos, or more boyz instead.
2. The unit of stormboyz
They're completely wrong for this list, and Zagstrukk is no good in any case.
3. Not enough boyz
You called it. I'd drop the burnas, nobz, and stormboyz, and use the points to add another unit of 20-30 shoota boyz, similar to the ones in the list. I'd also consider running one of those units of shoota boyz inside the battlewagon.
4. You need grots
Claiming objectives is vital, and I always take 1-2 units of 16-19 grots. Even if it's a kill point mission, they're great for standing in front of your boyz, to give them a 4+ cover save.
"Any job worth doing, is worth doing with a powerklaw."
Anyways, thanks for all the great advice! From what I am hearing, my suspicions were right. I am trying to do to many things at once. And between you guys and my own research, it also seems stormboys only belong in bigger games where you can field multiple units or larger ones.
I am going to need to lay out the list, but right now my plans are to drop the nobz, stormboyz, and the Deff Dread in order to pick up more boyz. I just can't bring myself to drop the Burnas though : P Maybe once I get the rest of my list I can convince myself.
As a quick summary:
Big Mek w/KFF
Burnas (May be replaced with Lootas)
Lootas? (If I can fit them)
2-4 units of boyz (20-30 models)
1-2 shoota boyz
1-2 slugga boyz
1-2 Big Shootas
2 Sets of 3 Killa Kans
3 with Grotzooka
3 with KMB
I'll lay the points out when I get home from work hopefully...
As a quick question, if the Big Mek is in a vehicle does the KFF Still offer protection to the vehicle? And what about the guys around him?
ie. If I put the Big Mek in a battle wagon, and have a trukk within 6 inches of it, do they both get the obscured cover save? What about a unit of boyz within 6 inches?
If it does I wouldn't mind making a list with:
Lootas who sit back and blast away
Grots? Holding objectives and cover for lootas.
Each has big mek w/kff
1 has Nobz
1 has Burnas
2 with slugga boyz
1 with shootas
Where the wagons and trukks are in this formation:
x = trukk
O = battlewagon
x O x O x
Is a list like that possible? I think I need to actually spec it out to be sure. I still think I would need more boyz. (I believe the saying is Boyz before Toyz?)
The Mek question (good question) he protects his own vehicle AND any vehicles within 6" of his vehicle. Basically a godsend for Mech Orks.
That looks like a bit to much for 1500, I'd grab 4 big Boyz units before anything else though. Consider going all Shoota Boyz, they're easy to convert (trust me) and really outshine Slugga Boyz in a lot of game situations. Sitting on objectives, advancing on foot, using vehicles as mobile bunkers and softening up squads for the charge (you're only I3 after all) are huge advantages for Shoota Boyz and they cost the same!
You have the right options going for the Kans, I like both those guns myself. You may find you want all KMBs at some point because Shoota Boyz are so good against light infantry, especially with Lootas as back up but Grot Zookas are fine.
