well this is my first necron army...
so i want your advices how to work with it, and what i can change
Destroyer x 4
Heavy Destroyers x1
Heavy Destroyers x1
Heavy Destroyers x1
total : 1738
The idea is the lord to join paraihs, so together will make the enemy to roll moral test with leadership 7, while the warriors kill soft targets and destroyers and heavy destroyers will kill anything that will be dangerous for the monolith and when the monolith deep strike it will vanishing the remaining units

Alright, for competative Necrons you have a few steps in the right direction, but a few massive steps back.
You are really short handed on troops, in 1750 I say 3 squads of 10 Necron warriors, minimum. Two troops units doesn't cut it in objectives missions.
Pariahs are a neat unit but very difficult to use, and don't add to phase out. Think really hard on if you want to use them. Also I'd drop the squad size to 7 to save you points.
As the lord is going in the Pariah unit, I wouldn't worry about giving it a warscythe. Definitely look into a res orb to keep your warriors going, a pariah-mounted Lord surrounded by warriors could prove to be a frightening army. Drop the Warscythe and Phase shifter for a res orb. Best of luck with the Nightmare shroud/pariah combo, it could realy prove devestating. Or you could end up facing piles of fearless armies.
Destroyers are good, no complaints.
I'd try and get the heavy destroyers in two squads of two, adds mobility and lowers the number of easy kill points (and believe you me Heavy Destroyers are EASY killpoints). Otherwise pick up a pair of tomb spyders to let them wander far around the board.
well i've consider a lot your suggestions and i came up with new update army ...
warriors x 10 (x3)
Destroyers x3 (x2)
Wraiths x 3
Scarab Swarms x4
Scarab swarms x5
Heavy Destroyers x2
Heavy Destroeyrs x2
The idea is to send in front the scarabs to lock in CC some troops of the enemy
the wraiths will do the same from the flanks
and destoyers and hvy destroyers will shoot at units that will be a heavy burdden when the monolith will come and also the warrios will be behind cover to shoot all the others.. the lord will be between destroyers and one unit of warriors to raise them form the dead...
correct everything that u dont like
I meant to add a destroyer to each of your existing squads. So you would have two squads of four destroyers.
Also, destroyers don't always need Res Orb coverage, they tend to be tough enough that they will receive WBB even if the enemy hits them with their strongest guns (Imp Guard and Tau are exceptions to this rule). Warriors are what you really want coverage for. Also keeping the lord covering destroyers and warriors will limit the destroyers' mobility, which is one of their greatest traits.
As for wraiths, they aren't really a tie-up unit, they are a scalpel. Focus them on hunting down soft targets. Tanks, heavy weapon teams, lone characters, those are the sorts of things wraiths are good for killing. Throwing them at anything with lots of numbers/attacks or reasonable combat prowess is not going to go well for you most days, unless you bring two squads of wraiths.
I'll hand ya this much as far as competitive play goes, 1750+ u will find that non-annihilation scenarios will play against you with that low of a troop count. 2/3rd's of your tournament scenarios, as per the 40k rulebook, are objective based scenarios, and with only 2 troop units to actually score on objectives, your odds for success are very slim indeed. A suggestion that i could offer up to combat that is to in turn add a veil lord to your army. I've seen a 2 troop choice army win a 1750 tournament simply because the veil lord was in the right place at the right time to literally pick up 10 warriors, drop on an obj, rapid fire into the typical tactical ultramarine squad, wipe them out and win the game because of a 200 pt lord. Other than that, pariahs are a very intimidating elite choice, about the only thing that keeps me from using them is lack of "necron" attatched to said models. Anyways, best of luck and may your rolls be high!

I wonder if there will be cake.....
Hmm, going back to the first list, I think that could be fun if you dropped it down to 4 Pariahs, had 3 squads of 10 warriors and had 2 squads of 2 Heavy Destroyers. It would be 1749, just 1 point spare, could work well in a Phalanx (although the warriors could be a little bit too vulnerable). I like the idea of having the warriors as a screen, that if they don't get swept away they could escape combat by the monolith, the attacker gets rinsed in gauss and anything which survives is taken out by the Lord + Pariahs. Works if the enemy comes at you one squad at a time and never wipes out your warrior squads (so back in 3rd, a solid list I'd say. For 5th...might be fun, might just be a victim in the sweep stakes).
For the second list, I'd say stick with a foot lord + orb, just to babysit the Warriors to better keep them alive (just as Alzer suggests, he's one of the best necron advice givers, probably THE best).
It's not necessarily the best idea to have Destroyer and Wraiths in the same list, as they compete for slots and the best backup a Necron unit can have is another unit of the same kind of Necron (WBB all the way baby!). If you could have 2 squads of Destroyers and 2 squads of Wraiths, I'd be pretty pleased, but there's usually only 3 Fast attack slots available When it comes to Necrons it's best to pick a speciality and stick with it, so I'd suggest either going 2 squads of Destroyers or 2 squads of Wraiths, using the third slot for Scarabs as they can be useful in almost any situation (even if it's only as a sacrifice).
So uhh, for a simple 1750ish list to begin playing with, I'd go for
1 x Lord + Res Orb
3 x 10 Warriors
2 x 4 Destroyers
1 x 10 Scarabs
2 x 2 Heavy Destroyers
1 x Monolith
That's actually 1695 points, it gives you 55 points to play with in wargear or a couple of extra Warriors to up the phase out (at the moment it's 53 Necrons, phases out at 13, you can add 3 more Warriors until it starts phasing out at 14 instead). Pretty much identical to your second list, so you were already off to a good start
Should work well with the Lord and Monolith supporting the warriors, the Destroyers and Heavy Destroyers blowing up any threats and the Scarabs either tar pitting the nasty stuff or give them Disruption fields so they can go after armour too (which this list has the spare points to do too). Hope that's useful, and I'm sure Alzer will drop in and give even better advice.
