Assuming you still want a lot of foot warriors:

I'm looking at one raider that's going to eat every single anti-tank weapon on the opponent's side of the table on the first turn, no matter how in cover it is.

Drop the archon and the incubi. Drop the talos. Neither are going to do you much good. You want more long ranged anti-infantry. Take a ravager or two with disentagrators and night shields. If you can fit the points in, add in another squad of reavers so you can put greater stock into one at least one squad making it to hit whatever indirect fire your opponent may have. Your HQ will end up being haemonculi. They will use their flamer templates to weaken anything trying to assault you.

Ideally, you'd get some more raiders into the list and use them to present more tempting targets to your opponent than your ravagers.

I would defiately drop the Archon to a Dracon, and upgrade to Agoniser over poisoned hand.

The Talos may not be too useful in this list, because you charge him forward without much support he isn't THAT tough, I had a talos taken down by 10 man Marine squad with Bolter fire in one shooting phase (after it had killed his nice Demon Prince). And i'm not sure but i think a 3 Dissi Ravager may give you better bang for your points then the Reaver squad, however i'm yet to use my reavers so if they are effective then it is your choice.
