Hq: Lord with Warscythe
Troops: warriors x10
Elites: Flayed ones x10
FA: Destroyer x3
HS: Heavydestroyer x3
Warriors stay middle of board and destroyers support them.Heavy destroyes hunt tanks and terminators(lord help terminator hunt). When comes close quarter combat fight flayed ones deepstrike.
That's a pretty good anti-space marine list at 1000pts.
Just one slight flaw in your game plan; flayed ones cannot assault the turn they deepstrike so they will need to survive a turn of shooting before being able to assault.
Lucky for you, flayed ones have the infiltrate rule which means they are allowed to perform outflank (which is essentially bring them from reserves at a random table side). Its very handy if a unit is hugging one side of the table because you'll be able to deploy, move and assault in the same turn. This will ensure that your flayed ones will see CC and be placed under the protection of CC.
The 3 heavy destroyers seem a little expensive for a 1000pt game but that's probably just my opinion.
Overall, good list and game plan.
