All deep strikes-reserves on 2+ cause of 2 tyrants (except fexes) will this work how can i prove it??
Tervinon hides and hatches.... or oytflanks + termagaunts with the tyrants insights.... Tell me your ideas-advices.
P.S NEED BEASTS i LOVE them (old nidzilla)!
This is either goning to be brutal, or fail miserably.
The biggest problem in this list is the lack of troops. Once that tervigon goes down, thats it, your all out of objective claimers, as those guants will go down fast.
The other problem i have is the lack of some sort of anti-tank. If the opponent has enough fire, they can just slide backwards whilst pumping maximum fire into your creatures, and theres nothing you can do about it.
The last problem i have it that a good opponent will out deploy you. You have so many creatures, that youd have to to spread out a bit. If the opponent refuses the flank, they can fire on 1 half of the army, whilst the other trudges over. But that only applis if its a good opponent, who knows what theyre doing.
Howver on the plus side, you have 38 toughness 6 3+ save wounds on the table. If your opponent hasnt taken loads of anti tank, and things like meltas everywhere, youll rip them to peices.
Your friendly neighbourhood gargantuan creature
no way. Heirodule is completely wrong! 100% utter rubbish. tyrannofexes are the way to go! i mean there even better than heirodules themselves . *wink wink.
Anyway, i agree with Heirodule's comments and the old nidzilla tactucs is effectively dead.
the main problem with this list is if you are going for objectives all your units will be in one place, even if your tervigon churns out a couple of units (it might exhaust itself first time) they are still going to be on one side of the board where your other units are, and a unit of 10 gaunts is easily dispatched. So you will loose a third of games right form the start. It would be better to drop a couple of the carnis and have some more tervigons in, You could have 3 as troops and 2 as Hq's, so a maximum of 5, a pretty sure way to win objective games. Give your tervi'g catalyst too and then you can 'feel no pain' your monsterous creatures as they advance.
Another problem is the synapse of carnis has become a dangerous thing in this edition, your primes and your tyrants will be charging in as fast as they can and the carnis will be left behind out of control, not necessarily a bad thing , but you could be lured into traps easily enough. A unit of warriors would take care of them and give then some movable cover. Or you could use a unit of zoans, which would give you some ranged tank stopers too..
Your list is a fun theme list, but it is horribly unbalanced. You will have a tough time against assult terminators. They will easily be able to take out your carnifex brood. Also, your list will be weak in objective missions. I would drop two of the carnifexes and the second tyrant in favor of a mawloc and more troops. With all of the monsterous creatures, you should be able to deal with most armour. I would take either genestealers or more termagaunts for you troops and equip your tyrant and carnifex with a heavy venom cannon. If you want better rolls on reserves then get a deathleaper instead of another tyrant. Also, give your tyrant 2 tyrant guard to keep him alive for a few turns. Probably the worst opponent for you will be either another tyranid player with troops equiped with toxin sacs, and terminator heavy marine lists.
You have two big problems in this list. VERY few troops for a 1750 point game, and no way to take down fast vehicles and units. I'd probably cut one Carnifex for some more troops if I were you, to at least fix one of the problems.
Necron Army Building Maxima: Beware of Phase Out
I am going to go against the grain and say that this list could work. (Disclaimer alert: former Nidzilla player here)
HOWEVER, as people have said, you do need more troop choices. The lost of Without Numbers has hurt nidzilla. Before, you could just get 2x8 termagaunts and not have to worry any more about troops...just recycle them. Now they have to rely on Tervigons to spawn more troops, and with all your units coming in on turn 2 or later, he's a sitting duck (though not that easy to kill). My suggestions:
Swap out regen for catalyst. Much better power.
Downgrade one of the Trygon Primes to just a regular Trygon.
Get another squad of termagaunts.
Except for the 2 flyrants, keep EVERYTHING in reserves (I believe the tyrant need to be in play in order to use their hive commander rule). The best way to keep your troop choices alive (or make them last longer, at least) is to minimize the number of turns on the board that they will get shot at. Hide your tyrants behind terrain and if possible, out of LOS. Outflank your carnies depending on how your opponent deploys (give him 1st turn...he's not going to have anything to shoot at anyways). With your other tyrant, outflank your tervigon. Now on turn 2, there's potentially 6 TMC's in your opponent's backdoors. Then add more pressure by advancing your tyrants.
What do TMC's care about fast vehicles when they can re-roll all hits.

i see your pioint Jy2, but how are you going to open transports and get to plasma/ melta spamming squads inside? before they get a chance to knock you around? personally i am not sure if he has enough MCs that he can get to the opponent's edge to accomplish sucha task.
EDIT: i stand corrected at 1750 points, but to me it's still a cause for concern, especially when he hasn't chosen to pod the carnifexes.
Hm..... if i drop the 2nd Trygon and boost my troops +1 tervigon and termagaunts?? will be better?
Yeah jy2 catalyst is better! +saved points!
