Another unoptimised and probably fail list for your perusal.
2x Autarchs; warpjump gens, powersword, fusion gun, mandiblasters. --- 250pts
12x Storm guardians; warlock/enhance/singingspear, fusion guns
15x Guardian defenders; warlock/enhance, shuriken cannon
2x (Dire Avengers x 10 + exarch)
10x Scorpions; exarch/biting blade/powers --- 202pts
3x Vypers; 3x scatterlasers + 3x shuriken cannons
2x (WarpSpiders x 6; exarch/deathspinners & powerblades + withdraw)
2x Wraithlord; starcannon/wraithsword --- 260
HQ --- 250
TROOPS --- 580
ELITES --- 202
FAST ATTACK --- 558
HEAVY SUPPORT --- 260
GRAND TOTAL --- 1848pts
Bind autarchs to warpspiders, assign warrior/MC hunting duty. These are in reserve. They will be on anti-warrior/nob duty. General strategy will be to deepstrike 12" away from the enemy, then in assault phase jump away. Given powerblades to facilitate turn 3 assaults against weakened warrior broods, with I6 autarchs/exarchs providing large numbers of powerblade attacks.
Both guardian squads deploy, guardian defenders move and then sit. Storm guardians move and run, then sit. This way wraithsight can be totally avoided for at least 36" of movement. Both squads given enhance to help survive gaunt rushes.
Dire avengers reserve. These will be my capturing units. The guardians are fodder.
Scorpions infiltrate to the centre of the board. These will either be attacked first turn or will be ignored, either way, so long as they waste the enemy's time it's acceptable.
Vypers deploy. Their job is to make early hits against MC's/zoans as well as pull away any Antitank units from potentially attacking the incoming wraithlords.
Wraithlords reserve. Given starcannons to help deal with warriors/MC's. Wraithsword is present to facilitate mid-game tarpitting. Wraithlords have no objective other than to walk up the field and relieve troops choices under assault.

The list is one of the frowned upon "footsloggers" but I think it'll do fairly well in most situations. You seem to have thought your strategy out well with planning for reserves and use of Autarchs for the roll bonus. That said you're going to have mad trouble against tanks here. Your best bunting units are Autarchs and Vipers (back armour). The first is a pretty good idea as the Spiders will likely be close to the enemy anyway while the second is vulnerable and not likely to succeed. I suggest starting with your toughest and slowest units (Wraithlords) on the board because they need to get there and will keep maybe some guardians alive. You'll have trouble with Wraithsight but I think you already know that. Try it out.
Some good suggestions. I'd never use this list against a mech IG force, not this one specifically anyway. I realised that the 36" radius of movement for the wraithlords would be wasted by having them stick close to the guardians, in addition to them obviously never being able to move more than 36" in a single game anyway. So I thought of removing the spiritseer upgrade from the storm guardians, and replacing it with a singing spear. The leftover points will buy me a biting blade on my scorpion exarch.. which will be fairly important to have if I get a chance opportunity against an MC. Can you say 4 s8 attacks at I6? I can!
The singing spear has limited range and will likely be wasted except as another shot at anything that comes close to the guardians without killing them in one turn (flamers will do this easy). If you still plan to keep the Wraithlords in reserves then Wraithsword is not likely to help you much. Dropping that and the Starcannons allows you to take either a Brightlance or EML on each and gives you some tank-hunting. If you have Guardian Bikes (3) then you could drop one expensive (relatively) troop squad. Now you'll have some points to play with and also a faster objective-grabbing unit.
Hope this helps.
That's definitely worth consideration, unfortunately I don't have any jetbikers. I suppose If I dropped one dire avenger and a guardian defender I could afford the brightlances, at which point I would have to deploy the wraithlords at the start.
I will admit I don't actually have a direction for this army to take, it's a pure thought experiment and I don't expect to win with it. We shall see I suppose.
