ummm firstly I would remove the hormigants and carnifex from the spores, your gimping the units until atleast turn three because none of them have shooting, hormigants can fleet up the board and if done right you can probably get into combat by turn two with them. Give the devilgaunts the spores it will make them much more effective and will ensure you get off a full round of shooting with them before they start dying off. Pull onslaught off your tervigon this list doesn't have anything that really benefits from having it + Catalyst is so much better to use anyway.

Unless your giving your carnifex a big gun I would probably drop him altogether, being the biggest thing in your list at 1750 points aside from your tervigon. He isnt very hard to kill and is going to be your bullet magnet replace him with a trygon or a hive tyrant with guards at least then he will have a chance.

Depending on what your playing against you might have trouble with getting the zoans into position up the board as well. At these points I would consider a spore for them but that is your call.

    hope it helps

His hive guard could benefit from onslaught thats how i've run them anyway
