    2500 Mostly Mech

    HQ
    Biked Seer Council
    Farseer + Doom + Stones + Bike + Fortune
5 Warlocks. One with Embolden, one with Enhance, Two with spears, Three with Destructor.

    Farseer + Doom + Stones + Guide

    Elites
    10 Banshees + Exarch + Executioner
-Wave Serpent + Stones + Missile Launcher + Vectored
    8 Dragons
-Wave Serpent + Stones + Missile Launcher + Vectored

    Troops
10 Dire Avengers + Exarch + Bladestorm + Duel Catapults
-Wave Serpent + Stones + Missile Launcher + Vectored
    11 Storm Guardians + 2 Flamers + Warlock + Destructor
-Wave Serpent + Missile Launcher + Stones + Vectored
    6 Jetbikes + 2 Cannons
    6 Jetbikes + 2 Cannons
    5 pathfinders

    heavy
    Fire Prism
    Fire Prism
    3 Warwalkers + x2 Scatter each.

The points on this might not add exactly up to 2500, I don't have the exacts of my list on hand. However, this is the general framework, all that would really change would be dropping a piece of equipment here, a squad member there, adding something here. It shouldn't be too many points off.

All of my Serpents have Vectored because if only one has it a smart opponent will ask which one has vectored engines, and will know where somethings are. Which is no good. General idea is same as mech, but I have jetbikes for extra capture, pathfinders for monstrous creatures, and walkers for more anti infantry. I think that with this list there is enough outside of the serpents to still preform very well, but still have enough armor to be a big problem to deal with. Thoughts?

You mean you are not telling which unit is in what serpent? Cause if yes you must be really trusted in you games club.

Drop all those vectored engines right now.

Then you need to slap runes of warding in there.

I am trusted, I do put out the correct units, and I am not telling exactly what is in each serpent. At my gaming club we tell which force slot they are using, such as elite or troop. . I just don't want someone to be able to look at my serpents, look at my list, ask which one has vectored, and thus know where my banshees and fire dragons are.

Runes of Warding should be in there, and I think it was in the original list. Should I drop the Vectored because they are taking too many points? I find them to be useful. If I tubro boost and it gets killed, my unit is still ok, with fire dragons and banshees they are still able to get out and do the damage they were intended to do.

they are too many points for what they do that is why.

Runes of warding are just a killer upgrade.

About your clubs rules...that is really weird. Any club ive been to in Iowa, that is high tail cheating. and you must tell what is in each serpent and show your army list to your opponent upon request.

The people at my club must be really trusting then. We still have to show the list to the opponent, but not exactly what is in each one. I think somewhere in the rules there is something about this. I could be wrong. But that's where making all my serpents look the exact same same from. I will look into what I can do with dropping them vs not dropping them as far as points go, and repost a list in a few days. ^^ Thanks guys.

Are you sure there is something in the rulebook that says you can keep your wargear and contents of transports a secret?

The only reference that comes to mind to that it mentions putting a model on top of the transport to remind your opponent what is in it.

I wasn't referring to keeping the wargear secret, merely what the exact contents were. In re-reading the rules it said to always make it clear to your opponent which squads are embarked in which transport vehicle. Under that it mentions make sure you and your opponent have an understanding as to how the game will be conducted, same as is true for nearly all rules in 40k. I guess I am just used to my gaming club, only having to tell the slot and such. I will make sure to clear up what my opponents want before a tournament when I am playing outside my normal club.

Cool. I doubt anyone will agree to your clubs rules.

Just as long as you know that you guys are playing house rules.

i like your list, but are you sure you have enough solid AT. At 2500pts certain armies (IG) can bring a lot of tanks to the field. I'd take another WS half full of FD's
