ok, so I have tweakd my original list to become more balanced and point effecitve, here is what I came up with.
Newest army, I think it is done.
6 Howling Banshees 123pts
Exarch with War shout, executioner
10 Dire Avengers
Exarch with bladestorm, dual catapults
10 Storm guardians
two fusion guns, with warloc with enhance and a singing spear
3 Guardian jetbikes
with 3 shuriken cannons
5 Dark Reapers
with Exarch with fast shot
wraithsword + 2 flamers (free)
I am considering dropping the pathfinders and maybe finding some space to squeeze in another two banshees or maybe some warpsiders or maybe some fire dragons for anti-tank? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Come on, no advice? I need some posts ASAP, I have an upcoming game soon and I need this army assembled xD. Any advice will be good?
You definitely need something more for anti-tank. Even if it's just swapping out the TL Star Cannons for Bright Lances. If you take that list against IG with a lot of tanks your in for a painful game. I love Dark Reapers, but it looks like your list has enough units that can take out infantry, and that's really all Reapers are good for, I would consider swapping them out for some Fire Dragons. If you do that I would put either the Dragons or Storm Guardians into one of your Wave Serpents.

im pretty sure ranger squads are 5-10 man squads, so you'll need one more to make it legal. i agree with what was above, there is incredibly little anti-tank. the vypers arent always worth it and especially not if they arent equiipped to do the right job. give them some EMLs or one a bright lance, just something to take out the average land raider. if your gonna have fast shot on the exarch take a tempest launcher, 3 small blast AP3 templates can really hurt space marines. guardian jetbikes are meh. id drop them. to be honest i wouldnt even recomend keeping the rangers at all with all the infantry killing stuff you got crammed in here. switch all star cannons to either EMLs or bright lances. thats all i got.
There are three kinds of people in this world, those who can count and those who cannot.
Storm guardians shine with flamers, seeing as they are for CC. Keep this unit with the lock embolden, or get the lock flamer for 3 templates of firey death. Also, singing spear is a bad idea for a CC group, the witch blade excells much more (giving the lock an extra atk). This unit is not ment for anti-tank, hitting 50 percent of the time with a BS 3 and bad saves make them unviable for this option. Also, CC grps without scout/infiltrate that don't have a transport and good armor saves are dangerous, they will not live long. Drop the pathfinders and get em a wave serp
I agree with the lack of anti tank, and EMLs on most of your things only cost about 5-10 points more than your starcannons, and are awesomly versitile.
Vipers are terrible. For almost the same points, get war walkers which double your firepower for almost the same points.
Lost of people don't see the use of a small guardian jetbike squad - harassment and last minute objective obtaining. You have to play them in this way with small squads, and you also need to upgrade that one shuriken cannon on 1 of the jetbikes to harass, then run away.
Lastly, the wraithlord seems out of place. He will take a while to get to any tanks, and you already have 2 units of CC. I would definatly reccommend sticking some kind of weapon on him bl/eml so he can actually do something before getting into CC.
