Hey Dbrunski welcome to Librarium Online!
In the future, please make sure to post your Army List threads in the appropriate Army List subforum.
You've run up a classic list there. Pack of destroyers, Immortals, with a traditional Phalanx for back-up, it is indeed a solid list.
Yeah sorry about posting in the wrong place. Just joined today. Thanks for the comment. This is probably the most effective 1500 pt list that I've used.
Hmm.. What about throwing 2 immortals and putting a VoD to your lord so as to deep strike with the immortals and then hit 16 S5 AP4 shots?
Flying Circus (as suggested by TheNightbringer) is also a solid variation. I myself prefer to have the Immortals walk up and provide 24" firepower to the marching phalanx of Warriors. The Monolith is really good in this kind of list. Woudn't change it to C'tan.
Only 6 destroyers isn't enough, but I'm a destroyer junky so its not objective opinion
Revenant Moon Necrons: (W/L/D) 0/1/0 (6th edition: 13/2/2)(5th edition: 14/6/4)(3rd edition Codex: 16/4/7)
XIX Legion: (W/L/D) 0/0/0 (5th edition: 14/12/2)(5th edition Codex: 4/3/0)
Black Legion: (W/L/D) 1/0/0 (6th edition: 2/3/0)
Something Wicked... Reikwald Beastmen: (W/L/D) 10/4/1
Not really a big fan of Veil of Darkness. I have had success with this army format against Eldar, and Space Marines. Its my favorite 1500 pt list.
I think the list looks pretty good. Only suggestion I would have would be to add 2 Destroyers, maybe take a few Immortals out, though I've only ever played with Destroyers and never used Immortals.
World Eaters: W-47 D-10 L-9
Necrons: W-19 D-3 L-2
Protectorate of Menoth: W-36 D-0 L-7
Sorry to bring up an old thread but this is the same army i'm planning on making. Do you have any tips and how do you handle tanks??
