I know that you have limited models, however, a squad size of 4 pariahs and 6 flayed ones seems really pointless to me. Im not a big fan of pariahs, but a squad of 10 flayed ones deep striking has some benifits. Additionally, 3 heavy destroyers and monolith is kind of pointless as well. Im not a big fan of heavy destroyers anyways, choose one or the other. Preferably a monolith as you gain wbb roles and can teleport your troops around (giving your army some much needed mobility).

Way too many easy KPs for your opponent.

4 pariahs aren't gonna last at all. 6 flayed ones is not quite enough to pack a decent punch at anything or last long enough to effectively tie up MEQs (if you intend to use them that way). 8 is the optimal size.

A single unit of heavy destroyers is too easy to take out. If you intend to field HD's, then field 2x2 units so you have WBB survivability (when you run them close to each other).

5 scarabs is not really enough 6-7 tends to be the minimum for them to be effective in their role as tar pits or tank eaters.

Double up on destroyers as you as you get the models (2x3 model units), you really want the WBB survivability and sheer fire power of destroyers.

Probably lose the VOD on the lord and stick with the ResOrb and perhaps a chrono or GoF and put him in with the warriors. You have a rather large phalanx and it is important to protect them as best as you can. The Deceiver can act as the offensive HQ or the assaulty unit's deterrant.
