This is a list I came up with for a friend of mine who is fielding an Eldar army that seems too all over the place and I was wondering what you all thought of it:
HQ 1-2: Farseer - 120 each
Runes of Witnessing
Troops 1-3: Dire Avengers x10 - 272 each
Power Weapon and Shimmer Shield
Elites 1-2: Fire Dragons x5 - 225 each
Heavy 1: War Walkers x3 - 195
Heavy 2: War Walkers x3 - 145
Eldar Missile Launcher
I was also thinking that instead of using the War Walkers, he could field 2 Fire Prisms with Shuriken Cannons, Holo-Fields and Spirit Stones for 170 pts each.
World Eaters: W-47 D-10 L-9
Necrons: W-19 D-3 L-2
Protectorate of Menoth: W-36 D-0 L-7
I would probably switch the serpent weapons on the firedragons with the DAs. Moving the dragons into place may mean you can't fire that round but the DAs can generally be held back from the fight a bit longer and move a bit slower giving you more shots with the more expensive gun. It also means the enemy can't knock out two AT threats by destroying 1 tank. The warwalker weapons seem all over the place. Give them two of the same weapon ( they don't become twin linked ) that works best at what you want them to do. Shuriken cannons is very cheap the scatter lasers add another shot and more importantly more range. The EML is a bit expensive but gives the unit a wider range of good targets to hit. I generally don't think of using the brightlance or the starcannon because they are to expensive of such a fragile BS 3 unit. Look at perhaps changing some or all of the DA exarchs to dual catapults as even with the powerweapon and defend they won't win alot of assaults only slow things down and you have no other melee unit in the list to counter charge.
