There's honestly a lot to change here. I'll try to give you some general advice.

Do not put Meganobz in Trukks. Period. It's way to easy to bust and than the Nobz are walking.....very slowly. If you want to keep them, trade up for a Battlewagon. You can also easily sack a Warboss for a Mek with KFF. It's honestly the best HQ Orks have, mobile 5+ cover and 4+ cover for vehicles is awesome.

Your other Nob unit is probably overkill. These points are better used on anti-tank and more Troops, not super units.

Ard Boyz are awful, no reason to ever run them. You want numbers not saves. Run regular Shoota Boyz with PK/Bosspole Nobz. Stickbombs are also mostly a waste, the PK is the true wrecker and you're only I3 on the charge at best, so tying Guardsmen. Just swing last, you'll be fine. Never put Eavy armor on the Nobz, they can't be pikced out so it's useless. Big Shootas are better than Rokkits as I've recently accepted, regular Mobz have a bad BS, no TL and they're expensive. Go with weight of dice.

Grots are fine, I'd bump them down to about 12, easier to hide. Their goal in almost all games is to walk on from reserves and camp an objective while playing cards.

Bigbomms and Buzzsaws are awful for the points. TL Rokkits alone is fine, keep these cheap. I'm a fan of Kopters, some prefer Buggies. If you add the Mek, Buggies can be a strong buy.

    Kans are good, solid unit.

Deff Dreads are bad compared to Kans, for 50 more points you could have 3 Kans! That's a way better buy, just copy paste your existing Kans unit and delete that Dread.

Overall you need more Troops, a bit more anti-tank from afar and a Mek. If the Meganobz stay, buy them a Wagon. You can easily buy 2 more Mobz by ditching bad upgrades and bad units.

I suggest you read the posts by a gentlemen named "mynameisgrax", several of them are stickied I believe. You have a lot of beginner mistakes in this list, which is fine because you're....a beginner with Orks. For example, your Loota units are to small. 8 is the absolute minimum you want because they have variable shots, 5 BS2 shots is basically nothing. Also, the unit lacks a good Ld/Bosspole so higher numbers, coupled with range and cover, keep them on the board longer.

The Warboss isn't at peak potential right now. I'm not actually a Warboss fan but they need PKs. Treat them as vehicle killers, in most assaults they'll get picked out and beat on so be careful when throwing them at Marines and other fighty units. All he needs is a PK, a Cybork and maybe 1-2 options upgrades (Squig, Skorcha). He doesn't need a pole because he can separate and he can be picked out via shooting with some armies, keep the Poles on Nobz.

Your Troops are solid, solid units. Nothing but win there.

Now we get to the Kopters, which are fine in my opinion. Consider that you're running Kans, and a KFF though. You've given cover to your walkers, why not add some target diversity? Buggies are similar armor and a similar threat, while doing the same job as Kopters but in a more durable frame, for cheaper. The KFF makes them tougher than Kopters. True, you lose Outflank to rear armor but that's not always going to matter, or even exist. Something to ponder.

I'm not a Looted Wagon fan. They're kind of random and you can get 3 Rokkit Buggies for the points, which is the better buy. Boomguns are for Marines, which you don't fear to much and hordes which you don't fear at all. It's not needed. Turn this into Buggies or better yet, more Kans to force the issue.

With those simple changes you have a VERY scary mob list. Your armor isn't hard to punch through but you get saves and vehicles have good odds of living., and of course loads of angry Boyz that are coming and can't be ignored.

Yup looks very good. I'd test it and see if you feel you need more Lootas, and if the Buggies/Kopters work out with your strategy.

you dont need the red paint job on the buggies. Drop the upgrade and take more grots, 15 will last longer then 10 when sitting on a objective
Also the big mek needs a cybork as he wont last long in combat without armour and will be a easy kill point for your opponent
I also agree you need another loota mob. Maybe cut the buggies as they don't fit the theme of your foot slogger list

I made a new list after playing some games against Tau and Space Marines. the space marines were shooting me down very fast and the Tau was wiped out once in turn 3 and once in turn 5 after two great Waaaghs!
