Hi everyone, I have come up with a 1000 points list and wanted to see what you think.
Here it goes

If mission game, then guardians & wraithlord cover 1 objective. If annihilation they move safely but surely towards where they need to go together. 2 WS and their occupents move as situation requires. Runes of warding can be switched to something else (Maybe Defend on Avengers) if i get a feeling there wont be any psychers that day.
I don't like it, too few scoring units and roughly half of your points invested into one unit and their transport. Not to mention your banchees and seer have to weather you opponents turn without the benifit of fourtune, making them more likely to die on the turn they disembark. I have never ran avengers exarch with a power weapon and shimmershield but if your going to run them in a wave serpent drop the pw/ss for the dual catipults to save ten points and spend it twords getting fortune for your seer if you are dead set on utilizing that squad. I would also drop two banchees from the squad so you can place an EML on your guardians to make better use of their low bs also raising their effectiveness against hordes for just five points difference. You may also want to take those extra points and upgrade your first serpent to an EML as well aiding your lack anti-tank. Hope I was more helpful than harsh .
OK, get rid of the Guardians and replace them with Avengers. Guardians are awful. Low BS, no Exarch, no combat ability, useless weapons. Plus the DA wouldn't be much more. Then replace the Wraithlord with a single unimproved Fire Prism. That should leave you with roughly the same amount of points, but a list that is a great deal better.

I understand what both of you are saying but i realized i asked my question wrong. I am trying to create a good 1000 list from the models I have at the moment.

Eventually a totally mobile army with mainly dire avenger troops seems to be the best. But for the time being i need to figure a list with the models I have.
I would take the rangers. Upgrade them to pathfinders and they can be a handful for opponents. In a building they have a 2+ cover save and they can hold an objective. They also have infiltrate!! Since you want to put banshees in a wave serpent, you probably wish to move them close to them. This means that you are putting half your army forward. With a range of 24", doom is considered quite long ranged so you can put the farseer with the dire avengers with guide instead of fortune. I do not like using shimmershield + powersword because if the dire avengers get into combat then you are doing something wrong. I would consider the assault 4 shuriken catapult. Hope this helps you!
Good list, I would make some changes, some of which are stated by the other users commenting.
1. Exchange Wraithlord for Fire Prism definately, maybe holo field with it. Wraithlords are a huge distraction unit, an enemy player see's it and wants to destry it. A Fire Prism would be better because of its ability to move around very well, and the 2 modes of fire is amazing, 60" range is always lovely, this way you can put him in a corner to reduce fire and still hit lots. If a wraithlord gets into close combat with a power claw/fist, he's boned. 3 attacks with charge, sure you MIGHT kill 3, but a squad of ten space marines or orks that have one of those puppies, so long wraithlord. Fire Prism can move 12" and still fire it's Gun which is amazing.
2. Guardians are not the greatest, the platform is nice, but BS 3 is gay.. Avengers are nice, just their a shooty unit, you don't wanna see them in combat, cuz in the end, they are eldar with toughness 3, so extra cat on the exarch and bladestorm, your golden, you just bladestorm the target, next turn move out of their range with run or behind cover, and blast them away again!
3. I don't like howling banshee's, their okay i guess... banshee mask is useless, inititive 5 to begin with, 9/10 times your going first, toughness 3, strength 3, so even an ork boy or a spacemarine scout you need 5+ to wound. I prefer scorpians, you can have 4 attacks on the charge, strength 4, not to mention the infiltrate, so they become a huge thorn in someones side
4. If anything, i'd rather put the farseer with the Avengers or Guardians, put Guide and Doom to use, instead of wasting 45 points and going into combat with the farseer. He is a very good support character, means he should stay back and help guide your heavy hitters (keep in mind he can guide Vehicles too!) and doom enemies, it'll be great
