It seems to me a good flying circus list.
However, at this point level I WOULD suggest a monolith to help you with your flying circus.
Maybe throw the spyders and the scarabs to achieve this.

I dont know what you mean by "flying Circus" but it doesnt sound good lol.
The Monolith does look pretty sexy =P. So youre saying I can do without the 10x scarrbs and 2 Tomb Spiders? is the monolith really that good?
Also...How would I fair against Tau, CSM, and SMs?
Flying circus is an old strategy which consists of VoD Lords, Immortals, Warriors and Monoliths. You move your army all over the place as no one can engage you to combat! VoDs and Lith portals allow you to run away and shoot, run away and shoot, run away and shoot!!
Let's start with Tau. What you should be afraid at, is railguns. The ARE capable of taking out your Monolith. You should fire any Hammerhead with the destroyers to destroy the weapon or prevent it from shooting next round. If there 2 of them you should run VOD with the immortals, come into range and then hit the other Hammerhead. Well, now if he has 3 or more, you can simply prey to god! :p If you make the hammerheads useless from the 1st round, then you are going to have a big advantage with your destroyers and immortals.
Chaos Space marines are, indeed, a very tough opponent. However, as I stated before, you cannot be engaged in combat. You will stay back and shoot. Your Monolith will make a very good job since almost nothing will be able to penetrate it. Assuming you play objectives, your constant movement will help you a lot denying and capturing everything. Assuming you play annihilate, you can advance some of your warriors and the immortals, shoot, and then back again.
SM strategy will be almost the same as the chaos one. However, mostly, many more vehicles exist in a SM army, than a CSM one. You will have an easy time to destroy them and my advice is this: laugh at your opponent when 10 warriors will take out a land raider in 1 turn!
