    here is what i see:
    1. either take a targetting array or make him shas'o
    2. tactically id use the pathfinder's D-fish for the fire warriors with out one if u werent going to do it.
    3. im seeing a lack of horde stopping power, orks and nids can take lots of guys with 1250 points, i recommend changing those 3 suits to torche squad for some infantry killing power (twin-linked flamers) plus that frees up points
    thats all i got, pretty solid list.

    Devilfish are limited to moving at Combat Speed and still being able to fire the SMS you've paid XX points for. You should be taking Multitrackers. I would suggest removing the SMS from one DF so as to afford the points for the two MTs.

    HQ: Forget the Shield Drones on this guy and just make him a Shas'el Fireknife+ for 97pts. He could join the single Elite XV8 if you want.

    Only Team Leaders/Shas'vres have access to the wargear list. You cannot have the Hard-wired stuff on these units otherwise, and only one of them can take it anyway. What I would be doing with the 2nd Elites unit would be to use some of the spare 8 points to upgrade one of the 'Uis to Team Leader.

    However, I'm wondering what role you see this unit playing. You have twin-linked flamers allied to medium-long range Missile Pods. If you're planning on using the flamers, then you're wasting the range of the MPs. The opposite is also true: the flamers are useless if you're using the range of the MP. You would be better to consider replacing the MP with either a Fusion Blaster or a Burst Cannon if you're wanting horde control, or a plasma rifle if you're thinking more along the lines of anti-MEq. One alternative would be to change one of them into a Fireknife, join him to Elite #1 and have a 2-man FK unit, and then make Elite #2 into a "suicide" unit with a couple of Shield Drones from the 'El allied to twin-linked flamers if anti-horde, or twin-linked Fusion Blasters and make it a dedicated anti-vehicle unit.

    Broadsides: Throw in a Bonding Knife there. You don't want them reduced to below half strength and not being able to attempt to rally.

    Personally, I would 1/2 the number of firewarriors in the squads (9 at most if bonded, 8 if not) as it requires a lot of luck and experience to get all 12 firewarriors to participate in FoF (which I presume is why they have 'fish).

    And with the loss of ~16 fire warriors get a brand-spanking new Railhead Only 1 Heavy filled as Tau in 1250pts? Its best to fill Heavy as early as possible with Tau imo as we have one of the best options of all armies.

    Also, no ASS on the Broadsides? I'd hate not being able to move them and consider that a much better option than 14% increased chance to hit (75% vs 89%). Personal preference I guess.
