2 Big Choppas
3x3 Rokkit Buggies
I'm not overly worried about winning every game as long as if i use my army well i will more often than not have a chance to win. I reall wanted to have a very fast army that could quickly reposition and focus on threats.
Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated.
The one thing I always worry about above 1500 points is toughness in low numbers. You have 63 models but only 6 targets to shoot at, none of which have high numbers. With luck one or both of your battlewagons will survive if you go second, but even with a four up cover save, the only reason your opponent won't be able to wipe out the bikes is if he focus' just on the battlewagons. Personally I would open taking out both bike squads and ignore the battlewagons. You need to find a way to get power klaws on the nobz at the very least so they are a more viable threat. One major advantage with Orks is being able to have so many units you win a battle of attrition. Don't get me wrong, The list has potential, it's just my opinion that you already know the strengths and it's my job to be a pessimist and let you know what you could be in for hahaha. Now for the helpful part!
Drop the boyz and the wagons, and get 3 12 man trukk squads, each with a nob w/ PK and bosspole. This will also leave you with about 50-60 points open, drop cybork from your biker nobz (they already have a 4+ cover from being on an ork bike) to save 25 and with that last 90ish add in some PK to your biker nobz (leaving you with 50ish) and then I'd recommend either a looted wagon with skorcha and reinforced ram to screen the trukks and burn a clear path in front, or a small squad of 12ish gretchin to sit at your first objective. Not the most speedy army, but sometimes... Your better off with grots...
Hope in all that you found something you might like to do! Hope it helps/makes you think i'm nuts.
*Grot sense tingling*
The list looks pretty good, but you need at least one unit for sitting on objectives in your own deployment zone, and you need a powerklaw in every unit, or else you'll have no chance against assaulty marines like Chaos, Space Wolves, and Blood Angels.
I'd also put grot riggers on the battlewagons, 1-2 combi-skorchas in the unit of nob bikers (on the nobz with powerklaws), and a cheap unit of grots for sitting on objectives.
For points, you could always cut out the big choppas, cut 1 warbike out of each unit of warbikes, cut a rokkit buggy, or cut out one of the units of boyz and their battlewagon. Instead of Grots you could just cut out one battlewagon, and have that unit of boyz sit on an objective instead. It's up to you.
"Any job worth doing, is worth doing with a powerklaw."
