Without any ado:
Death Star- Swarmlord +3 Ty Guard + Prime(DualBone,S-talon,Toxin-sacs) 460+100
2x3 Hive guards 2x150
3 Zoan+ Pod 220
2x10 Ymgarl 2x 230
2x6 Warriors(5Spitter+1Barbed, DualBone, T-sacs, Adrenal)+ Pod 2x 325
3x21 Terma 3x 105
2x1 Tervigon(T-sacs, Adrenal, FNP) 2x 195
Fast attack 2/6
20 Gargoyles(T-sacs, Adrenal) 160
4 Shrikes(DualBone, S-talon, T-sacs, Adrenal) 220
Heavy support 6/6
2x1 Trygon Prime 2x 240
2x1 Tyrannofex(Rep-cannon) 2x 265
2x1 Carni(Tl-Brainleech, Barbed)+ Pod 2x 235
pretty much straight forward list-
Deathstar going behind terma and near tervigons to get FNP, tervi split and going one each side covering middle squad twice(one from each side)
warriors, Trygon, Carni and Ymrgal going to pop behind making a cross fire/ coming from two sides and hitting with the army from left, right and front.
Zoan to pop whatever heavy armor he might bring.
Deathleaper mainly to damage he's Psy or he's commander, and to jump on those thingys that wait in cover and shot(or he's weird orderernence wep' that can do funny stuff ).
Tyranno to shoot Tanks and hive to either shot trucks or he's commander squad.
Gargoyles and Shrikes behind them going on one flank to shepherd the green horde to an easyier place to charge on, or to charge annoying squads.
so... what do you say?
I like it, although 9-10 dropping with only +1 to reserve? i'd say get a tryant to actually get them to stack now and just hammer them all home turn 2, and maybe find room for another tervigon
other than that, thumbs up here
Is the ork army using an stompas? My biggest fear as a nid player are strength-D weapons, which would instakill our bugs and ignores cover. Good thing orks don't have much of that.
I wouldn't take so many spores. Orks will come to you (except for the lootas). You don't have to go towards them. If you drop a spore, they're just going to have several units charge the unit and destroy it. Moreover, for 2 horde armies, it's going to take up a lot of tabletop real estate. Good luck finding good spots to drop. Form a screen of gaunts and have your main army, especially the warriors, counter-attack them once they hit your gaunts.
Finally, watch out for his nobs and flamer boys in trukks (or battlewagons). They will do a lot of damage.

thanks for the clarification jy havn't been around much / haven't read up or played apoc yetActually, reserves work differently in Apoc. Half of all your reserves come in on turn 2 and the other half automatically comes in on turn 3. Thus, in true apoc, hive commander and alien cunning won't affect the reserves at all.
