Hey guys this is just a list I put together in a few minutes an I just wanted to see if it would be viable in friendly games against my friends (they don't have well written lists) I just want to have fun and maybe win so just point out any major flaws. Thanks
HQ- KFF mek with eavy armour and burna 110
SAG mek with eavy armour and cybork 110
Elites- 15 lootas 225
Troops- 2x dread with 2x scorcha and armour plates 95 each
3x 12 boys with big shoots and nob with pk+bp 117
30 boys with 3 big shootas and nob with pk+bp 235
Fast- 5 rokkit koptas!!! 225
Heavy- 3x (3 killa kans with grotzookas) 135 per squad
bug boys squads goes behind the kanz and the lootas chill Im just not sure were to put the kff mek? Thanks
put the mek in the big boys squad. the dreads should be near it,
I;m assuming all the 12 squads are in trukks.
ditch 1 rokkit kopta for some grots to cover your lootas and hold an objective. then split the remainders into 2 squads of 2
I agree with the needing of Grots.
The issue with decreasing/splitting your koptas is that it busts your odds of knocking out a tranport (and you are light on AT as it is). Further, with 5 koptas you can loose 3 wounds w/o needing a check. with a unit of 4 you have to check on the 2nd wound. If you are going to run 4 total, break them into pairs, but don't expect them to do anything other than be a distraction.
You might also consider running one of the kan mobs with rockets. Gobbo BS 3 is boon!
i have 6 troops choices so cant i not take grots?
That is indeed true, Possibly combine the smaller boyz units (assuming not in trucks)
