I am at a loss. I don't even have my list. I don't get it. I've created many Ork lists but when I think of a Tyranid list I can't even begin the list.
I really need help. I know I want a list based around Monstrous creatures but every list I create seems like it has a weakpoint somewhere that I can't seem to fix.
Sorry if this is in the wrong section.
Well we need quite a lot more info than that...
Why not post up a list you have made and we'll make alterations to it, it doesnt matter how shockingly bad it is, thats what we're here for
The basics for making a tyranid list however, is that it must be designed so that every unit supports each other (synergy) and pack enough anti-tank! Siriously if you can nail those two your on your way.
Your friendly neighbourhood gargantuan creature
usually, the nid's are at a drawback at 1500 pts, as the units shouldn't be left alone and hope to work well.
as for the list:
to deal with tanks, the best options are the HiveGuard and the Zoanthropes(In pod)
for the MC list, I'd take a Tervigon as Troop(by taking a terma squad), 2 warriors Primes(for synapse), 2 squads of 2 carni, and maybe a trygon or herpy
