Take a mix of Shoota-Skorchas, Rokkits, and TL-Shootas
Give them Cybork!
Put them in a Trukk(4) or Battlewagon( 8 ) depending on how many points you can spend.
A Fearless Troop unit that get 2+,5+ and FNP!

This does certainly make them good, on paper, but in practice, as soon as they leave their transport, Grotsniks rules make them move and charge towards the closest enemy. if you opponent does this he can lead them around by the nose. they're not as effective as you would like them to be, and putting Ghazzy with them means that your opponent would have to be an idiot not to bait them, and probably with some sort of flier or jetbike that they are unlikely to actually catch...
Also look in the FAQ. For Grotsnik his transport is even effected by the rules. Ugh...
This is true, but they work great on table too. In a Battlewagon with a Rolla, you're going to want to go as fast as you can anyway.
I've taken that setup twice and it has worked pretty well. It counters the Nob Bikers that would also be on the table. Then again I've never had someone effectively lead me around the table when I take Dok.
when Mad Dok in a battlewagon, the battlewagon will go straight to the nearest enemy.
will it got a tank shock to the enemy ?
