5 Singing Spears
you do not need 5 singing spears. 3 or 4 should be enough (put one on the farseer -BS5). maybe you could put a destructor also. And what is the second weapon on the falcon (it is a must to choose a second weapon).

thanks for the advice. i also made afew mistakes with points on the jetbikes so ive corrected them and changed it slightly.
3 Singing Spears
I think this is a good list, jetbike-council works very good, especially on so small formats. However I would change some things in this list.
First of all - I don't think it's reasonable to take a falcon without a unit it could carry and without holo field. If you want to carry some unit in a falcon then you should either take holofield and stones on it or take a serpent, because a serpent is better and cheaper than a falkon without field. Since you're not going to transport any unit there, I would rather take another prism.
Also I don't think that you need so many bikes. The best way to use them is to reserve them and then take objectives because they are not very effective in shooting or close combat.
I personally would prefer something like this:
Farseer (runes of warding, jetbike, fortune, witch blade)
5 Warlocks (jetbikes, witchblades, embolden, enhance)
5 fire dragons
1 Falkon (stone, holo-field, shurican cannon)
2x3 Jetbikes (shurican cannon)
1 Night Spinner (stone)
In this list the warloks don't need spears because of the fire dragons. Prisms are most effective in pairs, so I prefer 1 night spinner instead of 1 prism. The rangers take objectives in their deployment zone, while the bikes can take other objectives.
