Swarm Lord, 2 tyrant Guard
Flyrant, Hive commander, Paroxyism, leech essence
4 squads 9 stealers
1 squad 30 toxic hormigants
3 Fexes, Heavy Venom Cannon, TL devourers.
I am considering changing one of the Fexes to a Mawlock as One of the defenses to the list would be bunching all of your guys up in the middle of the table. Having a large template pop in there that might force units to try to move over one of each other into their own death might be pretty scary.
Ultimately the tactic would be placing my Monstrous creatures in the middle of the table and marching up while blowing up tanks and then out flanking everything else.
It seems ok. I'd add a little more variety in the way of elites/fast attack. It's pretty simple to deal with: gun down the heavies and you only have 2 synapse units. Yes 4 squads of troops are independant but having fearless troops is nice too.

It's a little top heavy with both the swarmlord and a flyrant. The flyrant will get shot down pretty quickly. I'd drop him for some hive guards, but that's my personal preference.
AT is a little light with just 3 HVC fexes. I'd try to fit in some hive guards in there.
Record: Win - Loss - Draw: Hive Fleet Pandora (New) 32-6-6 Space Wolf 7th Co. 52-11-6
Blood Angels 12-4-2 Daemonhunters 20-8-3
Imperial Guards 12-5-2 Daemons 8-3-2
I think I need both HQ choices for the synaptic coverage, as I don't want my limited anti tank units trying to feed; Dropping wings for tyrant guard might be an option, but losing him all together I think could cause some havoc if everything just shoots at the swarm lord; I also need a normal tyrant to make the Gaunts out-flankers.
If I wanted to get hive guard in I think would probably have to lose the Devourers on the fexes and the wings, That gets me the points for 2 hive guard. Another option is doing some more point shifting to get a fourth HVC for my tyrant. If I drop the two tyrant guard, I would probably be able to do that and pick up 2 more hive guard. Do you think that is the way to go?
There are a couple of problems here. Minimal heavy fire support, mech heavy armies will be tough (No Hive Guard or Zoans?). Horde armies, Your going to outnumbered most of the time. I would drop all 3 fexes and throw in 3 Harpys. They are cheaper, more mobile, a better ranged secondary weapon, and their main weapon is twin-linked. Also, while you are at it think about dropping a Tyrant and at least a couple of squads of GS. You need More troops!!!
