Okay so after ALOT of tinkering with this list.........and about four start and stops to this post as well, rereading that damned codex four times over and then again I think I have a good list, with lots of MC and enough troops to hold down whatever freaking objectives I need them too;HQ: Hive Tyrant w/ LW & Bonesword, HVC, IA, and AS
Tyrant Guard Brood x 2Troops: Tervigon x 2 w/ ST, CS, Regen, and Catalyst
Termagant Brood x 23
Termagant Brood x 24Elites: Zoanthorpes x 3 w/ MC w/ HVC
Hive Guard Brood x 3
Hive Guard Brood x 3Heavy: Tyrannofexs x 3 w/ RC, TS (larvae), and RegenSo that gives me a list with 6 MC which is what I was looking for in the first place. To many choices for those that I face to start blasting away at, that there is no way for them to get them all that is for sure. So the Tyrant goes where he will do the most damage with the slow hive guard following all linked up. The tyfexs of course are tank and terminator hunting all the live long day, (face a LOT of terminators against the guys I play with!!!), Zoeys come into play with the MS where they can get there lance shots into what needs to be lanced by god, the two existing termigaunt broods charge forward in hopes that whoever I face will blast them away so the MC coming up behind can get at least to turn two maybe three before they even get engaged, if not then it will be a HEAVY wound list for those poor souls making them take more than 10 saves for the number of shots they get before I assault with them (whether they win or not who cares, ties up there shooty units so the MC can get where they need to be.) Hive guards will be following the the guants, with all the MC and the swarms moving accross the board the hope is they can get inside there range and start dealing thier damage before the inexperienced soul I am playing against knows what hit him. The two Tervigons will screen behind the Hive Guard and just continue to poop gaunts to either grab those outlying objectives OR if they went after the MC first, to continue to boost the guant broods in CC.
I REALLY like the thought of the 48 inch range, 6 shots, 4's to hit, S10 tyfexs doing ALOT of damage to Vehicles and BS Infantry armies that I will come into contact with.NOW, give me opinions That I am craving to hear!!!!!!!!
Ideally, I would find some points for some harpies. I would change your hive tyrant to a flyrant and maybe drop a tyrannofex for a dakkafex, you lack anti infantry which is odd for a Nid list.

Think i agree with HFM's assesment, you are a tiny bit light on the anti infantry.
However theres a fair bit that needs to be fixed first. Starting with that tyrant, which is an abomination! Never mix range and CC weapons and equally never put a HVC on your tyrants! Also i have no idea what AS is supposed to be? 2 TL devourers or a fully combat build ONLY. I also think one of the tyrant guard could go, just to free up some points, (which could leave the other for being exchanged to wings, but thats taste.) You might want to investigate getting old adversary in there too.
Lose regen from the tervigons, its not worth it.
Mycetic spores cant take an HVC, its just the regular varient, watch out for that.
This however is the biggest problem i think we've got... "The tyfexs of course are tank and terminator hunting all the live long day, (face a LOT of terminators against the guys I play with!!!)"
Why have you taken T-fexs for terminator killing? Their weaponry doesnt go above AP4 with the occasional rending hit and is only useful up close. In other words, they make TERRIBLE termintor killers. We've got some of the best terminator killers around in my opinion, and you need look no further than the humble hormaguant. Kit them out with toxin sacs (and if you really want to break them, adrenal glands) and from there its just a case of point and kill. The Tguants would do an equally good job though.
So axe regen on all 3 straight away, then bump your termguants up to 30 each. Drop one of the T-fexs for a regular trygon (which will help with that lack of anti infantry.) With any luck you should have the points left over for a brood of 20+ hormaguants.

Says the man who recommended I put a HVC on my tyrant.never put a HVC on your tyrants
Otherwise Heirodule's advice is good and I agree with it all.
Oroto ego sum
Im very surprised, but its likley you either had naff all anti tank or had no way to get some more.
Either way build your list properley and you shouldnt need to.
Besides if youd care to look at just about every other thread i post in, ill decry the use of HVC's till the cows come home. Infact if i remember your list, i was incredibly reluctant to advise it but had no other choice.
EDIT: Yep infact correct on both accounts. Not only did you have little to no way of getting more anti tank in the list, but you ran a list that didnt need the extra anti infantry that a 2 TL devourer tyrant would provide, but still needed old adversary, which is just about the only situation i could see such a tyrant being useful and efficient. AND i even said i was surprised to hear myself typing it. So for the record, next time your going to say something like that, please get it right first, im no hypocrite.
