Trukk with Nobs and Warboss speeds to attack vechicles or other dangerous enemies.
Deffkopta tries to disable any artilery.
Lootas, SAG ang Looted wagon tries to soften up infantry and draw some fire from boyz.

Can suggest some little things like:

-Take the BP on the nobz rather than the Warboss.
-Try to differentiate the gear on the nobz and take advantage of wound allocation.
-When you have extra elite slots, try splitting up the lootas so one bad Ld check doesn't take them off the board and so you can split shooting between 2 targets if necessary.
-Don't load 3 assault weapons into a squad that will have to spend 2/3 of the game running to be effective.

But mostly it feels like your list is working against itself. The different elements - fast trukk, slow footslogging mobs, static shooting - lack cohesive ability to support each other. Indeed, the mobs will likely give your opponent cover against what shooting you have, the lack of high AV or more low AV targets will make your opponents anti-tank weapons easy to apply and highly successful, and your slower moving elements aren't likely to survive the time it takes to get across the board.

In my experience, most Ork lists function in 2 broad categories: so fast that you're into the opponent's lines before they can appreciably diminish your strength, or so tough and numerous that their strength is inadequate.
Two's to kill. Ahh, sweet sweet music.
