Played a few games with orks now and looking to expand the army. Written a few lists now and kind of like this one and wanted too see what you guys thought. My model count is a little limited right now and I don't really have a lot of these but I was wondering if this would be ok to build up to.

One Big Mek with each unit of Lootas. I see a lot of people using KFF over Shokk Attack Gun so I would really like some feedback on that. Koptas flanking. Hope to hear from you guys. I am ready to start dropping some big bucks into Orks, I have had lots of fun win or lose every time I play them. All feedback welcome.
People use KFF because it adds TONS to the survivability of your orks. You put them behind a wall of killa kans and put the boys behind those and you get a moving wall which is hard to stop from reaching you.
It goes like this (bagh diagrams suck on LO it alows some spacing but not others I had to fill it with "." to try to make spacing work "sort of")

Typically you put the mek in a group so he can't be shot at.
This works better because now all of your dreads/kans instead of just having to penetrate their front armor get a 4+ save. Lets number crunch that shall we? 4 Las cannon shots =2.66 hits = 1.77 Penetrating = .88 destroyed kans assuming those aren't twin linked and he rolls perfectly average. Get him some luck or twin-linking and you are losing a kan/turn from a long range. Not good. Throw that 4+ save on him and you cut that in half! pretty nice.
Also the kans now screen your boys. So instead of bolter fire pummeling your boys giving them no saves (squad of 10 sm's shoot at rapid fire assuming no special weapons = 6.6 dead orks. Put them behind those cans and now you get 4+ cover saves. 3.3 dead orks.
This is why they use kff. The Shock attack gun would need to be killing half their army/game to be competetive, something that will never likely happen. They can be quite fun, and in non-competetive games I highly recommend them or wierd boys for the fun they provide.
Comments on your list however are as follows.
Swap bmeks from SAG to KFF
I personally prefer buggies over koptas but if you are looking to save money, buy kopta's and convert them to buggies. Not hard to do and there are some great waklthroughs on how it can be done online.
Drop the ard boys toooooooo costly. Considering they will get a 4+ save if you swap to something screening them anyway.
Pick up kans with your extra points.
Nix 1 set of lootas and spread it over 3 groups of 5. Makes them survive longer as they have to pick 3 different units to try to shoot at them. Run the buggies as 3 groups of 2 for the same reason.

+1 Scott. Great list.If you don't want to bother converting, just take off the helicopter blades, and the flying base, setting them on the table (on their skids). It's pretty much the buggy conversion without wheels. Great for trying them out without spending hours of work. I don't really like the ard boyz but just used them to fill a point gap in 2k games. I have heard the buggies are great and would like to get some. The Koptas always pop a vehicle but are pretty much suicide bombers so I'll definitely have to grab some buggies. As for the lootaz, everyone I play with is deathly afraid of them. I used to field them in groups of 5 and he would take snipers just to force them to ground. 2 units of 15 have made me immune to pinning and either ensure me another round of shooting or at least let them soak up a lot of enemy fire. But I agree 100% that it is just too many points, spreading them out may be the sweet spot.
Well my Lad welcome to the big ol' green waaagh =) Scottyde is right aboot the useage of the KFF, but ive been a fan of the SAG for less competative games. Bwuahaha, funniest story ever. ill narrate it like an old ork retelling a good ol' stompin story.
"And afta we waz set up, we sawz it. Big Floaty git wiff one heck'uv'a weed wakka! ol' Grizgutz wee'd himshelf when he sawd it!! BWUAHAHAH! Bah!! but dat big mek, Wat'sit Fixa wuzznt afeard! BWUAHAHAHAHA dems shiney boyz was just a quivverin in dere bolts!!!" in other words, i rolled the scatter die on turn 1, got a direct hit, and rolled a double 6 on top of the Nightbringer aaaaaaaand.... we know what happened after that.
i just came up with a list of my own, you should check it out for the wagon rush of death. ive got other idears in my noggin (one involving the SAG) but yea!! just go have fun with yer stuff my man!!! Lootaz are great for transport/heavy infantry/infantry poppin (in that order =P) never can have too many boyz! (unless you wana get something else nice and killy into yer list) KFF are wonderful for protecting the troops that are slogging with a 5+ save, and the vehicles with a 4+ =) so you just give a try and see what happens!!!
and buggies are cheaper than koptas for what they do. except they dont get the scout move thats aboot it. *shrugs* preferance my man, ive tryed the koptaz and buggies, and both are great, but i just like knowing ive got that extra few points going somewherez else for my rushing and blasting.
