Very redundant and uninteresting IMO. Would look cool and uniform on tabletop I guess, but it may be a bit more fit for IG.
I see a big lack of anti-armour, maybe adding a small council or an autrah can help the situation.

    Just my quick assessment.
    Cheers

I agree with above, Thanks to the huge amounts of anti tank out there this few amount of tanks would get shot to pieces also you cant reliably dent AV 14.

Look at Five man squads of DA in pretty bare wave serpent. Your troops section should look slightly like:

    5 DA - 170
Serpent with cannons and spirit stones

Generally 3 of those would do you, then the true key is making the most of the rest of the points. You should browse the tactica and Armylist sections and see how they get battered down to a lean mean killing machines. Such as a kamakazi Fire dragons squad for instance. So just browes for a while and you will avoid costly mistakes when buying your army, A main reason why these sections are here for the new gamers.

Yeah, drop the DAs down to 5 men and grab yourself some fire dragons. Also lose the Vectored Engines, You can save yourself 60 points from that alone, and I rarely find them to be worth it. There's some debate of 5 man DA squads Vs full squads. I personally prefer full squads, but 5 man squads work better at lower point levels. You need the scoring units. This lets you keep the same number of scoring units, and grab some other cool things. If you have enough points, Fire Prisms and Nightspinners are great. But if you go with Prisms, make sure to take them in pairs.

Generally I tend to go with 2 Full or Full-ish strength troop units for primary/hostile objectives (so they are combat effective and not just placeholders in your army), and one 5 man as my 3rd unit for last resort, late game rushing, or home objective squad. And I will agree with the un-interesting part. Eldar have some of the coolest specialist troops and vehicles out there, add some flavor!
