10x Fire warriors in devilfish
2 XV8 w/ Team leader, PR, MP, MT, TA
shas'el w/ CIB, PR, MT, TA
any thoughts on this list? should i drop the team leader and the TA on the regular XV8's? is the TA really worth it on the shas'el?
It's a nice balanced list, some nice low AP weapons on the suits. I think the TA is worth it on the Shas'el BS5 is always useful however I would personally drop the CiB for a different weapon system as it's too unreliable in my opinion especially when you factor in it's cost, maybe replace it with a fusion blaster in case your opponent tries to squeeze a tank or termies into their list. You need to make your Shas'el MT hard-wired as your current configuration is illegal. I would drop the team leader and you have to drop the TA on the XV8's because like your commander they are currently illegal but unable to take hard wired items. Alternatively if you want to keep there accuracy up you could keep the TA and switch their weapons to Twin linked MP. Use the spare points on more Kroot or FW's.
Hope this helps.
You also need a disruption pod on the devilfish. For your crisis suits i would recommend: 2 suits TL missile pods targeting array. These are great for shooting light vehicles ect. Alternatively change the targeting arrays for flamers which gives you more flexibility which is a good thing in small battles. I hope this is useful.
