1 hive guard
termagaunt brood (12)devourers
genestealer brood ( w/broodlord
Surprised no one has commented yet. It would help if you let us know what other models you have and what point value you are looking for, so we know what options we have for advice.
No Pyrovore or Venomthrope (I assume you mean Zoanthrope which you posted above)? In that case, the standard advice I've seen is to go with more Hive Guard. They are the best anti-tank and generally useful. I would personally run the Hive Tyrant with Wings instead of Tyrant Guard to get into the opponant's face sooner, but that's more of a personal choice. Deep striking the Trygon is good - you could always make it a Prime to avoid Synapse checks. Alternatively, you could try running the Trygon as a Harpy and see how that works out, as you'd have less close-combat but more shooting support. The Genestealers and Hive Tyrant are great CC support, anyway.
I myself am fairly new to Tyranids, so maybe wait for someone else to chime in. You are always limited by the models you have. From there, you need to decide if you want to go Swarm, Shooty, Monstrous Creatures, etc....
Im gonna say this in the hope that your not restricted to what models you have and are willing to buy, because at the moment your list is pretty bad.
The tyrant is a bit costly to run with a guard at this level of points. Personally Id stick to tyranid prime at anything under 1500, but if you gonna run him, take out the guard.
Lose the pyrovore. Just... just no.
1 zoanthrope and 1 Hive guard wont accomplish much. You need more, and really you dont need zoanthropes at 1000 points. Grab 2 broods of 2 Hive guard and your away.
You need more troops, badly. Having 2 small fragile broods wont end well. Devourer guants are a bit fragile, so lose those and grab hormaguants with toxin sacs instead, as many as the points will allow you. You'll need 20 as a minimum, 15 if your really really pushed. If you find you cant afford it, then youll have to go for a prime over the tyrant to save points.
Also to comment on what relegant said, dont deep strike the trygon. You dont have a reserve bonus, and you dont want that chunk of points left off the feild for any length of time. Certianly dont run it as a harpy, theres just no need if you get good enough anti tank.
