Welcome to Librarium Online!
A balanced list that is going for a combined arms style of play.
Necron Overlord - Warscythe, Resurrection Orb. 130
Cryptek (Harbinger of Distruction) - Eldritch Lance, Solar Pulse. 55
10 Deathmarks - Synaptic disintegrators. 190
6 Lychguard - Hyperphase swords and Dispersion shields. 270
Triarch Stalker - Heat ray. 150
10 Immortals - Gauss blasters. 170
10 Immortals - Gauss blasters. 170
14 Necron Warriors - Gauss flayers. 182
9 Necron Warriors - Gauss flayers.
Ghost Ark - 2 Gauss flayer arrays, Quantum shielding. 245
Monolith - Particle whip, 4 Gauss flux arcs. 200
Total - 1749
The Necron Overlord joins the Lychguard in the center of the battleline. The combination of the Lychguard's Dispersion Shields with the Overlords Resurrection Orb makes them extremely survivable. The Overlord and Lychguard will be flanked by the two units of immortals who will lay down punishing salvos of Gauss firepower as they advance also supported by the Triarch Stalker who will mark what units it can.
The larger unit of Necron Warriors will be joined by the Cryptek and deploy from the Monolith using it to get into an advantageous position so they can seize or contest objectives whilst laying down firepower. The warriors in the Ghost Ark will also have a similar role using their Ghost Ark to get to where they need to be and then combining their firepower with that of the Ghost Ark to hit the enemy hard. The Deathmarks will have the task of taking out high toughness multiwound monsters.

I really Like this list. I'm assuming you're going to Deep Strike the Monolith, but not the deathmarks.
I really like the idea of a good sized group in the ark who supports a bigger group on the foot to utilize all the tricks of the ghosty ark. However, I would be more partial to putting 15 on foot and 9 plus the tek in the ghost ark, that way if you reserve to protect the warriors,(since you can pull them at whim from the portal without a roll) you can have some early str 8 shooting when nothing inside the ark can fire, and it keeps your tek on the field for early game oh crap pulsing.
but i may use a very similar list to this one, since it looks solid and i wont have to buy much.
EDIT: small problem, you have the Lychguard priced normally when they cost 45 each with shields.

solid list not many problems
you just need to fix the lychguard points and thats it
also your tactic for moving your overlord and lych up the middle with immortals on either side. the immortals cant shoot full range if they move, change their guns to carbines and you should be good
Also if I do go with Gauss Blasters there is still the option for them to be able to take down tanks and other vehicles.
Have you considered buying a regular Lord for your Lychguard? Just give him a Warscythe and Res Orb. The important point is that the Lord is not an independent character and cannot be picked out in combat, so all wounds can be safely allocated to your tougher Lychguard, while the Warscythe makes with the choppy. I'm also not too enamored with the Deathmarks, I'd drop them and really try to find some space for Wraiths if you can, they're just too awesome not to take. I'd also consider dropping the heat ray on the stalker in favor of the Heavy Gauss Cannon. I know it's our only melta, but the extra range really helps get the stalker stay out of trouble and get that twin-linking where you need it.
The Ghost Ark is solid. From the few games I've played, I've found that using Arks as Rhinos doesn't work, the best use of them is as a support vehicle to a squad on foot with one more inside adding more dakka. Keep the Ark near the large foot squad and you've got a combo that will be really tough to shift.
