Don't have the codex on me ATM but:
Where is the destroyer lord going?
2x3 heavy destroyers is expesive and they are dead if caught in cc.
6x5 immortals? No... Losing 2 models they test, 3 models and they are half strength, almost free points.
This army certainly has guns but it will only get to fire them once!

Personally I would never go with a Destroyer Lord over an Overlord due to losing out on Royal Court shenanigans. However if I did use one, sticking him with Whip Wraiths is the way to go. I agree with Kul on the immortals, I would just go with 3x10 Immortals instead of your setup. It makes for units that are tougher, can take advantage of RP longer, and is less Kill Points.

I am not a fan of heavy destroyers and tend to get my anti-tank from my crypteks and scarabs. But with no royal court I think the heavy destroyers might be necessary.

So I guess if changing out models isnt an option then I would go with grouping up the Immortals. If you do have some leeway in model selection, I would drop the C'tan and Lord for an Overlord in a barge, scarabs, and some royal court additions.

Hmmm... Thank you guys for your help. I've changed entirely that army, here it is:
HQ: Anrakyr the traveller /Barge 245
    Royal Court 1: 5 Crypteks/Eldritch Lance 175
    Trazyn the infinite 175
    Royal Court 2: 4 Crypteks/Eldritch Lance 140
    1 Necron lord/Resurrection orb/Gauntlet of fire 70
    Troops: 10 Immortals/Tesla 170
    16 Immortals/Gauss 272
    Fast Attack: 5 Destroyers 200
    Heavy Support: 1 Monolith 200
    2 Doomsday Arks
    Total:1997 points
So... The 16 immortals will be phyrrian eternals and they will be joined by Trazyn (Phaeron) and the lord from Royal Court 2.
The other 4 Crypteks will stay alone just like Royal Court 1 will.
It is much better this way, isn't it?

If your spending the points to get 2 royal courts, you really should free up the points to get a solar pulse in each one.

The thing with necrons is that I have found that you dont want troops units that are to big or to small. Too small and they get wiped out easily and you don't get RP saves, too large and and sweeping advance becomes to costly of an outcome for you. I would suggest that if you want to get two special characters to play with then you can't do much better than Zahndrekh in a barge and Obyron. Then I would take the points from the second royal court and get more troops.
