I designed this list just for the heck of it. Since I still haven't managed to play any games with the new Necrons, I'm still in gimmicky mode. And heres the gimmick: if allowed to do so, this 1,500 point list can turn into a 2,130 point list in 7 turns! Of course it won't be allowed to get that far, but still...

I don't think that Immortals with VoD really fit into the Canoptek theme. I think you should reconsider getting rid of these Immortals, Obyron and the Veil-tek and, instead, add 4x5 warriors, 3 more Spyders and 4 Lance Crypteks. The Crypteks will go with your warriors and now you have some high-str-low-ap weaponry plus 3 additional MCs that are capable of producing even more Scarabs.
Now your 1500 point list is capable of turning into a 2445 point list. A bit unfair for your opponents don't ya think?

HOWEVER, you could stick to your plan and, actually, do very well(flying circus was working in previous edition, why not now?). Veil-Immortals, though, need Gauss Blasters, since AP- is a bit annoying and wouldn't help at all at popping vehicles (in which VoD Immortals excel at, by Deep Striking and shooting in the rear).

I could go either way with the Immortals, I only went with Tesla because I'm used to playing on terrain heavy boards (>=50%), the 24" assault 2 allows more options where I can land them without getting too close.

I actually have two lists in mind for Canoptek spam, the other being 2 OL w/ 8 HoDestruction in 4x 5 man squads of Warriors. I went with this one mostly because I liked the name XD But also, target priority (I hope) will be a pain, and the Circus can port around the board end game to grab objectives. The min/max warrior list is less versatile in that regard, but certainly does put more pressure on the opponent's target priority.

idk if both Veils is really worth it though, granted you will need one for seizing objectives, but both im not so sure. If you plan on keeping one kinda chillin in your back on your objective i would go for Gauss, as since they'll be chillin you can bring the pain up close, while still shootin up to 24". Keep the vargard for the tesla squad and change the Veiltek for a pulse tek. this will help your canoptic's get into cc with more numbers. with the remaining 5, i would seek to put a pistol on the 2nd wraith squad for more wound shenanigans.

I could alternatively mix the two ideas. Lose Obyron Kenobi and his flying circus for 3x squads of 5x Warriors + 1x Destrotek, 1x with a Pulse, then a Caster in the second Wraith squad. Last 5 points goes to charity. Hmm, much to think about..

    Spyders
    + 1x Spyder, Claw; 1x Spyder, Prism; 1x Spyder

    TOTAL: 2,000 Points

Not necessarily meant to win the game with troops, just as much Canoptek spam as possible. This time, generating up to 63+3 Scarabs over 7 turns, or at the very least a huge swarm of 21 Scarabs by the time Night Fight ends.
