Welcome to Librarium Online!
I'm part of a regular 40K at my University and a few of friends are gearing up for the student nationals so I'm looking for a 1500 point list to rival theirs, here are a couple that I occasionally run/ am currently building. All advice welcome.
Type Unit Base Cost Upgrades Upgrade Cost Total HQ Destroyer Lord 125 0 125 Troops 10 Necron Immortals 170 Tesla, Cryptek: Eldritch Lance 35 205 Troops 10 Necron Immortals 170 Tesla, Cryptek: Eldritch Lance 35 205 Fast Attack 5 Canoptek Wraiths 175 5 Whip Coils 50 225 Fast Attack 5 Canoptek Wraiths 175 4 Whip Coils, 1 Particle Caster 45 220 Fast Attack 5 Canoptek Wraiths 175 4 Whip Coils, 1 Particle Caster 45 220 Elites Triarch Stalker 150 0 150 Elites Triarch Stalker 150 0 150 1500 List B Type Unit Base Cost Upgrades Upgrade Cost Total HQ Vargard Obyron 160 0 160 Troops 10 Necron Immortals 170 Tesla 0 170 Troops 10 Necron Immortals 170 Tesla 0 170 Elites C'Tan Shard 185 Entropic Touch, Sentient Singularity 40 225 Elites C'Tan Shard 185 Pyreshards, Moulder of Worlds 40 225 Heavy Support Doom Scythe 175 0 175 Heavy Support Doom Scythe 175 0 175 Fast Attack 4 Canoptek Wraiths 140 4 Whip Coils, 4 Particle Caster 60 200 1500 List C Type Unit Base Cost Upgrades Upgrade Cost Total HQ Imotekh the Stormlord 225 Cryptek: Chronometron, Aeonstave 40 265 Troops 10 Necron Immortals 170 Tesla 0 170 Troops 10 Necron Immortals 170 Tesla 0 170 Troops 10 Necron Immortals 170 Tesla 0 170 Heavy Support Doom Scythe 175 0 175 Heavy Support Doom Scythe 175 0 175 Fast Attack 5 Canoptek Wraiths 175 5 Whip Coils 50 225 Elites Triarch Stalker 150 0 150 1500
I like the flavor of list A the most.
(I don't think Destroyer lords count as Overlords as to allow Royal courts.)
*Swap the Destroyer Lord for Illuminor Szeras.
*Drop the first Wraith unit
.....8 Scarab swarms
.....3 Tomb Spyders with Gloom prisms
.....1 Destroyer w/3 Heavy Destroyers (with 2 Triarch Stalkers I could see these as being worth their points)
.....1 Tomb Spyder with Gloom prism
.....3 Heavy Destroyers
.....2 Tomb Spyders with Gloom prisms
.....2 Destroyers w/3 Heavy Destroyers

I feel bad for saying this, because it looks like you spent a lot of time formatting that post.. but you cannot include individual costs for models and upgrades.
Otherwise, it's late and I've only looked at your first list. First and foremost, Destroyer Lords do not grant royal courts, so unfortunately the Crypteks are currently illegal. Otherwise it looks pretty solid except that both the Stalkers and Wraiths are expensive components to the list, and they share little synergy. Also a few things to nit pick over with the Wrait's wargear. I would recommend only 2-3x Whips and 1x Caster in each unit (with units of 5x I like 2x Whips and 1x Caster for an even 200 points -- just like a unit of Terminators). You'll want to do this because it will allow you to manipulate where the wounds fall within the unit, allowing you to maintain up to 2x non-Whip Wraiths with 1 wound to absorb instant death attacks, and allowing you to absorb 4 wounds total before your first casualty.
I kind of like Spittle's suggestion about dropping one of the units of Wraiths for Heavy Destroyers. They could be brutally effective with the Stalkers roaming around! Only thing: his second suggestion is not legal, you can only have 3 Heavy Destroyers in a unit.
Best of luck!
yeah man i really like list B! it sounds so fun! everyone goes for something i call i conventional cron list which is something like, overlord, cryptic, cryptic, warriors ghost ark, warriors ghost ark, immortals annihilation barge etc and its just so ordinary.
list B sounds so much fun to play with especially with two c'tans! doom scythes are cool, just a bit pricey, i'd probably go for a triarch stalker to help out the immortals and drop 1 sythe.
ps obyron is quality, especially if you manage to DS him over to where the wraiths are heading. Nice CC/mobile army you got there, i think it'd be really fun to play with! may even test it out myself.
I don't see why you would ever take a C'tan without at least one having writhing worldscape. It is undoubtedly the best C'tan ability going, closely followed by Time's Arrow if combined with lash whips

Immortals x 5
Immortals x 10
Immortals x 10
C'tan-withering worldscape,entroptic touch
C'tan-, times arrow, pyreshards
4 Wraithes + 4 coils
1740 points, based off list B, i will test it out on the weekend, ill let you know how it goes!
