How are your troops getting around? as footslogging is risky esp in a tourney setting.
Maybe swapping the Doom sycthes into monoliths (i know then arnt as good as they were but you can teleport your Immotek units around the battlefield without walking.
As for the destroyer lord, I wouldnt take him, With the amount of Grey knight fan boys around in tourneys or blood angel blood talon dreads a detroyrer lord will get pounded or they can bog him down with large poor quality squads due to the low amount of attacks
I like scarabs, they scare tanks, have lots of wounds and if you need to sacrifice them there entropic strikes can rob expensive enemies of armour.
Have you considered added a Crytpek with Eldrich lance to the home base warriors (i guess thats the plan for them)
Also having 3 scoring units in a tournament could be a weakness, maybe taking the 10 man tesla squad into 2 5 mans, i know its less effective and more vulnerable to CC, but it does mean they have to hit 2 units.
Immotek also doesnt have any CC abilities, you could free up some points by taking a phearon overlord with warscythe mid chackle res orb and 3++ save and you keep the core of what he does and add a str 7 2d6 to pen cc ability of for the blaster squad. or throw him a tachion arrow if u aim to keep him out of Combat
Do you know which scenarios you will be playing? as if its all just kill points then that changes it, but most tourneys tend to be objective based.

first of all... immotek is the best necron unit and gets the greatest combo with immortals gauss carbine... they give them relentless so they can walk and shoot 20 shoots... also with the chronometron around can reroll one roll each phase... that means reroll the "night" roll so the troop choices will stay alive much more... and can destroy alot of units with the thunders... and can reroll also a dice on the shooting phase! and he steal the first turn almost always!
After that the doom scythe when they come from deep strike they can destroye at least 1 to 2 tanks and if I am lucky it will stay for one round more
The troops agree it is fewer than usal (most of the players play 4 troops I play 3) but the third troop is on reserve (the warriors) to claim the last objective and propably they will fall to ground if it is needed.
The lord is the uber combo with the wraiths because he can make the grey knights (and propably the hq choice) kill his own troops, and even if he can use the mindshackle scarabs if I potition him right he have prefered enemy and he will hit first due to the whip coils of the rest of the unit. I've used him against grey knights he was great! Even if he died, with the orb he can come back in 4+, 50% chance.
Usaly I play with a similar list with scarbs... but most of the players plays with flamers... A LOT of them! So I remove them and I used wraiths!
The troops actualy they will hide or stay back for the first couple rounds since they will be defiantly night so they will not take so much shoot...
