I was thinking of replacing the spine gaunts with a gunfex but im not sure, and both my broodlord and raveners would deploy with the rest of the army.

Nice to see a list without a tyrant. It has been awhile. Will be interested to see how it works. Just a few things tho.
1. Ur Broodlord doesnt really need Adrenal Glands. There isnt much to stand up to him. If ur worried about characters take Implant Attack instead.
Also, i'd reduce him reunite. I dunno if u've played a game with the broodlord and a big reunite but its REALLY hard to hide 12 models behind anything. Ur prob going to loose some stealers because of exposure which is abit of a waste. Try 6, 29 (w/talons) rendering attacks hitting on 3's is going to kill anything they run into.
2. Glad ur taking Toxic Sac Horms but these guys are very expensive per model so need to be protected till they get to the line and they are usually too fast for spines to be anygood. I'd recommend taking a bigger group of elite-horms and then taking a normal group of horms to act as a meat shield.
3. Ur Carnifex is well expenisve for something that wont be doing anything till round 4 if hes not dead and at which points most of their army should be or there isnt alot a fex is going to do to change it.
Give him a gun or strip him down and stick on a gunfex for reasons seen below.
4. Tank Busting. All u have are Zoanthropes which are also ur only real synapse (broodlords going to be miles away). So ur going to be sticking ur synapse (the enemy's main targets) out in front of tanks.... wat if u miss?

First, get rid of Crushing Claws, acid maw, tusked, mace tail, implant attack, and toxic miasma on your fex. I seriously doubt he will ever get more than 2 rounds in CC. I personally would drop the TS on the hormies and replace it with adr gland I. You should now be able to afford some warriors, since the zoanthropes will not last too long once the opponent realizes he can send 64 gaunts crazy by killing 2 models.

As Baratos pointed out, you are really lacking in synapse. I don't think your 3 synapse units can cover all of your gaunts. You might consider replacing your ravenors with leaping warriors.
