Yeah, apart from the ST on stealers it looks alright. Change the ST for EC. Also, what purpose are the warriors? Move up - shoot - assault? If you're going to do that, change the ST for RC and the lone RC for ST. Personally i like the combat warriors squad: RC, ST, EC, AG-I, Leaping (114pts i think), but if you want to try what u've got that's ok.

You're warriors are a bit confusing, with most troops people say you should go pure CC or pure shooty, tyranid warriors are a bit of an excption here.

Shooty warriors generaly come in two variants, anti tank and anti troop, the first type tends to have deathspitters and a venom cannon, where as the other type usually gets devourers and a barbed strangler.

Now, these are the guns, but since warriors have to have 2 weapons, we're not finished yet. Buying two guns for a warrior is silly, since he can only fire one per turn and twinlinking is rather expensive. What most people do is give their warriors scything talons or rending claws as an additional upgrade, this means that your warriors will be more than capable of dealing death in CC too.
Personally I prefer rending claws, but a lot of people dont want to buy the extra bits (you only get one set of rending claws per warrior box) so they go with talons.

All shooty warriors should have enhanced senses, otherwise its pointless. Toxin sacs and extended carapace are also very very usefull upgrades and they make the shots count and keep the warriors alive.

As for your genestealers, I prefer to give them extended carapace instead of scything talons. Genestealers are dangerous enough as it is and they really could use a save against bolters, while its tempting to give them both upgrades, it quickly becomes too expensive to be cost efficient.

Your gaunts are fine, this could be the beginning of a shooty tyranid horde.

    >8 genstealers - 160 points
    >talons
Slap on EC and run them behind the gaunts (192pts)

    >10 gaunts - 60
    >flesh borer
swap the borer for a spinefist same range same ap reroll to hit rather than wound and no +1str to wound.(50pts)

    >10 gaunts - 60
    >flesh borer
Same again cept knock 2 off (maybe make 2 squads of 9) and you have (40 pts)

all up 282pts + your warriors at 118pts (using your calculations i havn't run those numbers)
Your force becomes a little compacted. The Genestealer's survivability has gone up making them super effective.

If your opponent targets your genestealers and pours all his firepower into them.. They'll be much harder to kill. Plus for the EC you only lost 2 termies. Spine termies compared to flesh termies are basically equal. Flesh termies are slightly slightly better.
