Finnaly my battle force and hive tyrant arrived now i can expand to 1,500
please let me know where i could improve or simply if something is retarded...

i could have 32 spinegaunts (160), 32 hormagaunts (320) and 12 normal stealers (196)

(my theory is if most of the enemy will shoot at my carni, why not make him last an extra turn ot two)Total heavy support: 300

yep this is it, i like it, but i would like to replace my ravener with a lictor so if you guys see a way that i could cut 40 points that would be great. also feel free to tell me if some thing that i have done is retarded.

Either get all deathspitters and a venom cannon or all devourers and a venom cannon on your warriors. Other then that, I think you have a pretty solid list...
1) Get rid of catalst and ex carpace from your tyrant and give him wings.
2) Rethink your warriors weapons.
3) 1 ravener is not going to do anything.
Give both the Tyrant and the Warriors wings! Give the warriors scything talons and toxin sacs and wings. Make them killers! Besides, your army seems pretty slow. You need something that is almost a sure second turn hitter! The only thing you have that will reach second turn for sure is the hormogaunts IF the opponent starts 24" away and moves towards you first.
Your tyrant is mixed.
Some CC, some Shooty.
Since he has no wings, hes walking.
Since hes walking, everything that can shoot at him, will, and will do so over the 3-4 turns it takes him to get into CC.
-> Give him a guard or 2.
Do you expect your warriors to enter CC?
If not (ie, they are all shooty) give them Spinefists insteand of ST - save you some points as you will never be using the STs.
If they are meant to get into CC aswell..you should consider Rending Claws (more useful agaisnt MEQs then STs)
Up to you.
Personally, I have a Lictor model, but I have no plans on using it.
-> Its cost to many points for what it does.
(I might take 1 in a 2k tournament army though.)
As of Tyranid 5th Ed. codex I have the Gaunts I wanted. I did, however, loose the sniperfexs I relied upon and they were more important then the gaunts.
