    1500 Pts. Footsloggers

    This an army which I decided to do to see what a real Ork horde might look like. I was wondering what armies you might find it hard against, and do you think it would be enough Anti-Tank.

    It would be very cool seeing this many orks on the field, but it would very unwieldy and hard to move about. I personally don't think one kan will cut it, you might want to cut back on some the rest of the army to field another 1 or 2, or just get rid of the big mek as the KFF won't help the huge slugga mobs or the one kan you have much.

    you might want to eliminate one squad of sluggas to add a grot sheild and some more kans/dread.

    lower wach squad to twenty orks add another 20 ork squadd then put in a 30 grot screen. with the left over points add a few kans. If you have enough for two more kans have two with Big shootas and one with a skorcha.

    I would love to see this list against most marine lists now-a-days. you'd freaking outnumber them 4 to 1. try some kommandos, a 10 man ork squad would give your enemy something to worry about, and would probably take some fire away from your boy mobz.

    Drop the Big Mek

    Trim one of the slugga squads to make 2 9 man Burna squads with a Mek with KFF in each squad. This will give you two force fields to hide the orks under. Only one will not cover that many orks. If you want to put burna's on the boys in the squad you can but you don't have too. These two squads are their because they are the same price as a normal slugga equipped the same slugga and choopa but you can take the meks in them.

    Then take the left over pts for 2 squads of 12 grots and a slaver and grot hound. These squads do nothing for you save wise as you have the 2 KFF but they make great charge stopping units. With a number that small if they charge them on their turn they will mostly kill them all. Leaving them dead in the open for you to shot and charge in your turn. Just make sure that you are deployed enough back that they won't consolidate into you.
