    Not bad at all.

I'm sure you'll do fine most games with this list.

Not sure of the point of the crisis with the burst cannons though. Nor about the Shas'Vre upgrades.

And that's just with the Kroot.

Hey, I like him the way he is, he can blow a transport that moved off from the main force and bug the hell out of it.

I'ts staying, plus I already built and converted him

Where are you going to put him and whats he included for 50pts is a lot that could be used elsewhere, unless you have a specific use for him.

Why the BC and MP they are a mismatch of range and use and BC are not much cop on Crisis suits give it a plasma instead. The other suit is fine.
Stealths are cool but get rid of the ethereal and the twin linked weapons and a few other tweaks and you can have 8 (much more usefull)

Why the armour, use cover effectively and you dont need it, 6+ armour offers next to no protection to shooting and CC, use the points to take an extra couple of Kroot, I never use Shapers either would rather have the extra Kroot. I find them expensive for what they are.

The heavy slots are my biggest worry, very static and with only 2 Broadsides very vulnerable, you could lose your whole armour killing ability in one turn of shooting.
The HH has the Ion cannon which is not what you need, you lack real heavy armour killing ability and it has way to many extras, you dont need disruption and decoy take one or the other.
My thoughts would be one HH with railgun, multi and SM + decoys.
Lose the BS and take another HH either with Ion or Rail, multi, decoys and BC, me I would take the two HH you have the BS3 Railguns for armour and the subs for infantry, if you really want to be close enough to use the SM give em both the SM and target lock, you will have a much more versatile unit able to pop open transports and then hit the passengers with the SM's. BS are just to easy to kill even with SG and you only have 2 very expensive ones, HH are a lot tougher

The MP is TL to make sure I hit, even BS5 can miss.

The Ethereal is there to help make sure I saty where I go.

That suit is satying, its worked wonders for me in the past.

IMO, Its either have 6 Stealth Suits, or 12, no numbers inbetween.

That last FW squad will be infront of teh 'sides as often as I can.

even 6+ armor save is better than no armor save, plus it comes along with getting the leadership.

The heavys are how I want them, the Railhead I was using kept missing, so I got 'Sides, and switched the railhead over to an Ion head so theres more chances it can hit, adn the Disruptor pod has saved me in the past, 5 pts that can save 160 pts is great.

If you're not going to listen to any criticisms about your list, why post it?
Everything I have told you, even this, is a lie.

I never said I wasn't listning, I was just saying nwhy I did things the way I did, I do tend to do things differently from the majority (I represent 0.000000000001% of all gamers ;D) but its still good to see what people have to say about the list, there could be thing I miss or what not.

    Just chill a bit.

BS5 think you will find a Shas'El is BS4, but that aside I if you think it works go for it (though MP twin linked or not are a waste of time IMO)

    The Ethereal
Yeah but when he gets killed all the Tau run away. you better have a very good plan to keep this unarmoured dude alive. cos one shot or CC and he is toast.

    The strange XV8
Why is it staying it is the most inefficient suit fit you can get apart from giving him a flamer, the BC do not fit with Missile pod and Plasma gets two shots rapid fire which kill what they hit.

    Stealths
Fair enough some people prefer one max unit to two 4 man teams (me included).

    Kroot
If you use the Kroot properly the save and LD are not an issue, you get cover improved saves which nullifies the 6+(when in cover which is where they should be) the 6+ offers no protection against most shooting and in CC the 6+ may well save you 1 or 2 Kroot, me I would rather loose the Shaper and the save and have 5 more Kroot with the extra attacks because thats what wins CC not a crappy 6+ save.

    The Heavys.
You may well miss, but the BS3 against the BS4 twin linked works out pretty even in my experience, only when your BSides have killed the armour whats left for them? one shot each at a single enemy model.
The HH has the glorious Sub round and to many people do not apprecialte just how good this is, use the points saved by losing the useless Ethereal and give some FW a target lock or two and use it to guide the HH shots (I never have much trouble hitting with BS3, the damage roll is my downfall).
Ion heads I used em but the lousy strentgh lets them down the subs is one point of STR less and kills hoards and marines nicely its also usefull against some vehicles because you can place that Template any where you want within range.
Dont get me wrong I dont dislike the list and I would not particularly like to fight it but it can be improved to make it quite fearsome.

I also do things differently with Tau and stick to my guns, but I do take advice as well when it comes from good sources.

No, but you've proven you aren't listening. The two people that tried to help you before I chimed in were answered with what was basically "I'm doing it my way no matter what you say so there."
