    Hello Skello.

I suggest maybe checking these things out in your codex:

Why does your commander have a target lock?
Is it actually a hardwired target lock? A target lock would be illegal, you have already filled your hard points with 2 weapons and a support system.
Why mention that he can deep strike?

Now I suggest listening to the following advice.

Currently, your list is not very competetive, I would give it about 5/10, meaning there is nothing outstandingly wrong, it's just missing the good things.

Simply, your commander would be better as a Shas'el with twinlinked plasma, fusion, hardwire multi, you should drop the burst, missile, mult suit, you should have even numbers in units of stealths, I suggest 2 units of 6 in 2000pts, all 'nades are bad, all devilfish should have decoy launchers, multitrackers, and targetting arrays, you should have 2 units of 10 kroot without shapers, don't use railrifles, pathfinders need a shas'ui, and hammerheads must have decoy launchers and multitrackers.

Your list is 1975pts. This is what I would do:

    Ethereal
Shas'el - twinlinked plasma, fusion, hardwired multi

2 Crisis - plasma, missile, multi
    6 Stealths
    6 Stealths

    12 Fire Warriors
    12 Fire Warriors
12 Fire Warriors in Devilfish - decoys, multi, targetting array
    10 Kroot
    10 Kroot

    8 Gun Drones
6 Pathfinders in Devilfish - shas'ui, decoys, multi, targetting array

Hammerhead - ioncannon, burst cannons, decoys, multi
Hammerhead - railgun, burst cannons, decoys, multi
2 Broadsides - 2 shield drones, target lock

    1999pts

    I'd give this list 8/10.

And that's just with the Kroot.

You really need some more AP power. I would drop the stealths and a group of Kroot for some more Crisis with lots of plasma.
    The Only Constant is change.

Stealths are better against marines than plasma, missile, multi crisis suits. Kroot are even better than stealths.
