Welcome to Librarium Online!
this is my first try at a list so, feel free to critisise my list as much as you want. lord goes in pariah unit
Necron Lord: VOD, warscythe- 170pts
4 Pariahs: 144pts
12 Warriors: 216pts
11 Warriors: 198pts
3 Wraiths: 123pts
3 Destroyers: 150pts
1.pariahs are not worth it any situation, do not take them. they are ridiculously expensive for what they do.
2.warsythes are also not at all worth buying as they rarlely are more usefull than a SOL in CC, and they lose the shooting attack.
3.generally, wraiths are only usefull in large numbers, with,d-lords, i would replace the squad with 10 scarabs, who are move versitle, and generally better.
4.lose the pariahs and warsythe, and buy 9 more warriors.
Procrastination- hard work often pays off over time, but laziness always pays off now.
Indifference- it takes 43 muscles to frown, and 17 to smile, but none to just sit there with a dumb look on your face.
-Votewar 40K III= 1st place
-Votewar 40k mini= 2nd place
-Votewar fantasy 2= 2nd place
I like your list.
It doesn't look like the basic Necron list but still can be effective. Pariahs are fragile but can be effective. Watch out when you VoD them around the feild, keep them away when you shoot and if you want to VoD them to assault, make sure it is a unit thats already in combat.
If you expand this list, make sure to get more warriors first. Power in numbers applies to necrons, more over to phase out.
correct me if i am wrong on this but i do not beleive that you can VOD pariahs as they do not have the necron speicial rule. i do beleive that they can be used effictively however. there is a nice post on the necron forum about using them. i'll see if i can find a link.

"One after one, by the star-dogged moon,
Too quick for groan or sigh,
Each turned his face with a ghastly pang,
And cursed me with his eye.
Four times fifty living men,
(And I heard nor sigh nor groan)
With heavy thump, a lifeless lump,
They dropped down one by one"
