I'm actually not in my sixties. For some obscure reason, my age is set 50 years older than what it actually is.

As everything's on foot, you'd probably be better off dropping the lone wave serpent and banshees and going with infiltrating scorpions.

You should also probably drop the witch blades on the warlocks and get a couple more warlocks into the seer council to act as meat shields. Also the spears seem out of place with mind war.

Scatter laser is a waste IMO, as is CTM. Go with 2x Shuriken Cannons for crowd control or a star cannon for sheer power.

Also, if the guardians are defenders you need weapons platforms.
Everything I have told you, even this, is a lie.

ok, but i have no platforms, or scorpions. and there is a falcon as well as the 'serpent.
and as i am playing 'guard, i thing the scatter laser is appropriate. and CTM has always worked before. plus, how do u comvert the second shuriken cannon?

You don't really need platforms in the Guardian squads, they can make short work of light infantry the way they are now and move really quick. If you want more Star cannons, put them on Vypers or War Walkers...

You lack in anti-tank weapons, give the other Wraithlord a bright lance instead of Star Cannon. Also, give the Warlocks shuriken pistols and close combat weapons (especially those in the Guardian squads).

Scatter Laser is OK, but you need more power against heavy infantry. You should switch to Star cannon on the Vyper. Also if I were you, I'd switch the banshees in the Serpent for Fire Dragons, maybe dropping something else (like the Witchblades) can help you pay for a full 10-man squad in a Serpent with Star cannons.

They're all in the Craftworld Eldar Codex.

Black Guardians are Guardian squads taken as compulsory troop choices, they are more skilled than normal Guardians. If an Ulthwé army takes 3 Guardian squads in a standard mission, 2 of them will be black.
