    1850 Pts Tau friendly/ first army list so really need some help!!

    This is my first army and first army list so help is apreciated Ill be facing off against imperial gaurd. I think i did the points right but i might be off a little. One question a i had was did the submunition round count as a secondary weapon on the hammer head. I have smart missles cause i thought submunition came with the railgun. So tell me if im wrong . I was also wondering why some people have thier shas taking up 4 hard points. I didnt know u could do that.

    tau was my big thing for a while and did wel with them so i think i could give you some good advice..... IMHO bonding isn't worth it it never did much good for me but if it helps you keep it and add another stealth suit to those two units if you willing to increase the total points of the army it will help with leadership of the unit other then that i see nothing that looks like a big mistake it is overall a good list

    solid first list man not much to edit

    -loose all the shas'vre

    notes on fighting gaurd: hammerheads excellent at picking out command squads and HW squads at distance, auto pass priority checks
    -stealth rape them, good call on 2 maxed squads
    -drop the ratio of pulse carbines, more than 3 is not too useful
    -loose the photon grenades
    -try and squeeze in a broadside with sheild gens to hit tanks so your hammerhead can focus on the important infantry targets

    yea im going to lose all of the carbines on the FW cause im gonna need the range and shots of the rifle.

    I personally would keep 1 or 2 carbines in the squads no more than 1 in a 6 man squad.
