i would like to create a necron list thats not like all the others. I want to win WITHOUT A MONOLITH. Here goes:
HQ: 1 Lord with VoD, warscythe and Res. Orb.: 210p
Troops: 49 warriors: 882p
Fast Attack: 7 Destroyers: 350p
Heavy Support: 6 H. Destroyers: 390p
3 Tomb Spyders: 165p
TOTAL: 1997p Phase Out at 17 i think. Advice would be much appreciated.
Right on! Monoliths r overated. Pariahs may make a welcome addition as they can cut through anything
o and mayb some scarabs. Just food 4 thought
i think you should take out a few warriors and ethir put in 10 immortals(Can Shoot Throught Anything) or 10 Pariahs(Can Rip Through Anything)
Pariahs are slow and get shot to bits. I don't see the pointin them. Immortals are good though and they are necrons so Phase out becomes harder
Make sure to read Gojiratoho's (I believe it was his) article on "How to Use Pariahs".. a very good read, and might open your eyes a bit.Originally Posted by librarian Augustine
They have the exact same shooting prowess as Immortals, tend to be ignored (since they aren't Necron units), and, regardless of their mediocre Initiative, they can put the hurt on relatively well in CC. Tough, too.
