please help ashe wont listen to my advice(
1) Dark Reaper squad max is 5, one Reaper must be dropped
2) Crushing blow on the scorpion exarch isn't needed, but grenades would help much more. Dropping c-blow and the one Reaper gives enough points for the 'nades
3) Give the Farseer a pistol so he gets +1 attack for extra combat weapon
guessing this is for 500-750 pt. games? When I do it, it works out to 610 (after making changes (legally))

to be honest no. reapers are alot of points and should really be reserved for much larger battles (prob1500+). the scorpions are not cheap either but the 3+sv will help them to survive. a falcon would be an excellent addition, just so long as he doesnt mind being called cheesy for it (i must admit, its prob a bit unfair in 600pt games). otherwise more vypers equiped with star cannons and maybe one with a brightlance or missle launcher as the list is lacking in anti tank. otherwise in small battles, quantity is often better than quality, im not a fan of guardians but they should hepl here.also would this list be competitive as there is a very small amount of men in this army compared to others i have seen

Well being that it is a beil-tan army you won't be able to take the gaurdians unless you get another aspect and make it a minimum sized unit which is a waist. If you ask me I think with the farseer, the scorpians, and the reapers this is a mean little army. If you were to actually put a falcon in there it would be allot of points for this tiny army in one unit meaning when they get that lucky imobolise or anything else that will take it down there goes a large chunk of your army.
I would say just take the advice from the first post which will make this army hard to beat because with that missile launcher and fast shot any vehicles you see will be in great danger at 48 inches away, also the reapers can put down a ton of cover fire for the scorpians as they creap their way towards the enemy, also if there is any chance in the world that the scropians actually get there before the reapers have wiped them all out then they will have an easy time with clean up. Also I can't remember what powers you gave to the farseer, but when fighting it would help if you used guide I think it is and keep the farseer with the reapers that way their deadly shots get even worse.
Sorry if I give wrong information on the farseer part but I don't have my books with me and I am in africa so they are very far away.
