The tourny i play in wanted to stray away from all the preset lists so that it would be better for most...i think it is a good idea but meh.
Ok i have a 1500 point list made for the tourny before they changed it and i want to keep this list just add to it. Here it be
Farseer + Pistol + Witchblade + Runes of Witseening + Fortune
6 fire dragons
6 fire dragons + Exarch + firepike
8 warp spiders
9 banshees + exarch + excutioner + Wave serpant + Spirit stones + Twin Brightlances
Vyper + CTM + Cannon + Scatter laser
Vyper + CTM + Cannon + Scatter laser
Falcon + Spirit stones + Holo + Starcannon
Falcon + Spirit stones + Holo + Stacannon
Wraithlord + Brightlances
Thats exactly 1500
The farseer will be with the banshees in the wave. Both the dragons will be in a falcon. Both are heading for tanks and the heavy infantry. The spider will target lighter squads And so will the vypers. I am not going to change out the scatters because i need more light killing. This vyper make up is perfect for just that. Both falcons will be going after heavy targets and the lord will aim for tanks.
I was thinking another squad of spiders and maybe even another vyper. Some reapers would be nice for heavy killing, make just a three or four member squad to still kill and still be a big threat and target for the shots. I want to STAY away from scorpions at all costs. They aren' that good and get killed too quickly for me. Maybe another banshees but meh once again.
Anyone have some input?

So far, you have a fast army, with the exeption of the Wraithlord, so I'd try to keep it fast. That way everything will move together.
We have 250 pts to spend to get your list up to 1750pts. Here's several options to consider:
1- Scorpion squad: 7 Striking Scorpions, 1 Exarch with Scorpions Claw, 1 Farseer with SP and CCW(Or Witchblade) and Fortune, Wave Serpant
Good close combat squad to support the Banshees. Uses the Scorpions Claw to destroy MC's, or anything with a high toughness. The Farseer's there to help in combat, and to use Fortune for that re-rollable 3+ save.
2- Scorpion Squad: 7 Striking Scorpions, 1 Exarch with Scorpions Claw, Stealth
Basically it infiltrates, and will get into combat at about the same tiem the rest of the army arrives. With the Scorpions Claw, it can deal with anything tough that comes its way.
3- Banshee Squad
Basically, moves up with the other Banshee squad, or on opposite flanks if you wanted. Good in close combat, especially against MEQs. A Farseer with Fortune, SP and CCW may be added. You would most likely want a Wave Serpant with these.
4- Warp Spiders
Another Warp Spider squad could help. Good shooting ability, and an exarch with assorted equipment may be added for an extra punch.
5- Vyper with Starcannon
Basically mobile fire support. This would not fill up all the pts, so you would have room for other options as well.
You could add in another farseer. Give it a purpose, and its good to go. You'll have extra pts to spend elswhere too.
Just some ideas to throw around.

Give the other farseer guide, take away the other dragon squad. Increase the other to about 9 and give it a serpent and you get rerollable Str 6 AP 1. Drop the Exarch, for 30 Pts and just 6 more inches of range, he isn't worth it.
The tourney for this is coming up in udner a month. I still have a 1500 list and need some help picking which for my ideas would be better to use.
Idea 1) Add 3 reapers for fire mangets and marine killers if they don't get targeted. Add in 7 scorpions and exarch with claw and stealth. Then with the last bit of points give banshee exarch acrobatic.
Idea 2) Drop the banshees and fire dragons exarchs to add in a 5 man squad of wraithguard and a wave serpent. The only thing is that i am 10 points over here. So if you like this list idea better please tell what else i should drop to make the 10 points needed.
i just thought of a thrid one as well...

1)Reapers aren't meant to be fire magnets and IMO they are simply not worth it when they require so much baby-sitting and management. Get 9 scorpions and an exarch with stealth.
This is a decent option. The thing is, Reapers aren't meant to be fire magnets. Infact, they are very fragile, so try to avoid fire if at all possible. Anyway, it's a pretty good option.I wouldn't go for this idea, mainly because I'm not a fan of wraithguard.
