My strategy is to go with my hormies fast and the stealers right in the 2nd wave of attack. He will have to choose between : target the hoard of gaunts with weak attacks but MANY!! or target the stealers with few attacks but POWERFUL!!! My Winged Hive tyrant will clean mostly a flank. He will be my anti infantry , but if the flank has a tank (not a dedicated transport vehicle) I will engage combat with it *str 6 + 2d6 for penetratring*. The lictor is for tank hunting purposes but not only , he will let me re-roll the deep-strike dice for the revs ! which will be deepstriked Behind enemy lines from where I will fire > Zoans will try to tank hunt or with the small pie plate to kill MEQ or other infantry troops. My warriors will provide synapse cover from behind ( my tyrant from the front) The fex .... well ... in this last battle he diddn't get even half he's points back .... don't know why.
Today I played with this list and won , but the differance was very small (~260VP). The fex was more like a bait .....

You setup is pretty good. I do have some oppinions though.
As for lictors I go for all or nothing. I've used one lictor in my lists before but it didn't really made a diffrence. The two zoans you have there are nice tank hunters but in a games @ 1500 I can't see a tank heavy army infront of me (ok I have yet to play against a tank heavy IG opponent). I can imagine 1-2 heavy armoured tanks out there and I think lictors and the fex can hold them at bay.
I'm not that fond at the devs on the ravengers either. Shure they get 6 attacks, that's alot. But they're too fragile to stand in the open and shoot. I prefer to fleet and get into CC as fast as possible with them.
So if I'd suggest some changes I'd suggest on to ditch your zoans, the devs on your ravengers, the AG(I) on your gaunts and the AG(WS) on your warriors and add 2 lictors. That'll leave you at 1490pts... and you have 10pts left for other stuff... like some upgrades to your tyrant or fex.
Or ditch the Lictor and the AG(WS) on your warriors and upgrade your zoans to 3 strong with sqnapse and warpblast... that'll leave you at 1495pts.
The zoans as I said aren't only tankhunters . They can easily destroy MEQs as well. One lictor is more than enough , because he dosen't get his points back ! And the raveners ...well.... dunno ... I use them as kamikaze! I deepstrike them behind the enemy. I shoot and make some kills (hoping to get my points back in the first turn) then the enemy will have to choose between firing at my raveners , hive tyrant gaunts or stealers .... too many decisions
Edit: We have a house rule that says "You can go over the limit by 5 points"

I understand what you are trying to say about the lictors ... but 240 points is kinda expansive in 1500 games... at least for me it is. And they don't do well. I will deepstrike them , and they will get killed very fast! that's not good.... a big point sink!
How about my gaunts ? should I get rid of some to get more stealers ?

You have a reasonably fast list. I would field just 1 group of 4 Warriors & drop TS. The 'thropes are slow and short ranged, I would be inclined to drop 1 or 2. Consider giving 1 synapse.
You need to bump up your 'stealer numbers. Shave as many points as you can to add more 'stealers. Consider giving 1 group scuttle.
If I lose the Ag(WS) and TS from the Warriors I get 30 points. What can I drop to get more points ? The zoans did very good in their last game , I won't change them...
if you want release pts to get another unit of stealers try and remove AG(ws), TS on your warriors, make your homagaunts 2x15, remove the devs on your ravs, and remove your lictor. Now you have 170pts. That'll be enough for a brood of 8 stealers with EC.
