Well? The Idea is simple, just rush the trukkers, warboss and zagstrukk up, hopfully tying them up long enough for the others to catch up. Lobbas will hopeflly pin something, buying them more time to catch up. then the LRBT will also provide fire support. The buggies will attempt to try to kill enemy armour as will the trukks once the boyz are deployed.

You may have spread yourself too thin, you don't have much of any specialization, and much of your army is walking while a good portion of your assault is in trukks. Instead of hitting with one big hammer, you are spreading yourself out.
ALSO, you don't seem to have much in the way of anti-armour. I'd recommend more rokkits on your boys / kans, and get rid of the burna on the slugga boys, its never going to get any use.
Lobbas are fun, but they won't accomplish much against most armies, sad to say. You need a slaver and/or mekboy (recommend both) with a squighound and a KFF and some tools for the mek.
Your boys are going to be shredded to bits from enemy fire, they have no protection. The kans will falter after a round of heavy fire. You need either more kans with some KFF back up action, or a big grot shield or two. Orks are really not that dureable, they are moreso offensive beasts, and without the means of making it to combat they are just wasted points.
I strongly recommend tightening the focus on your army and try to give it some direction, instead of trying to pack in every single codex entry in the book. This may sound a little harsh, but unless most of the people you are going to be playing agaisnt are in the same mindset or level of experience, you are going to get your teeth kicked in.
