Troops - 12 Genestealers with Scything Talons, Scuttlers, and Extended Carapace - 335 points.
Troops - 10 Spinegaunts - 50 points.
Troops - 10 Spinegaunts - 50 points.
Troops - 8 Hormagaunts with Adrenal Glands (+1 I and WS), Toxin Sacs - 112 points.
Fast Attack - Ravener with scything talons and rending claws with a Devourer - 50 points.
I haven't actually used this list before, but have used some of the models with the upgrades from it before, and they earned their point cost. The Genestealers even got to the enemy deployment zone with only 3 casaulties. Against Necrons, even. :yes: This will be going up against Marines, Necrons, or Orks. Suggestions are welcome.

Ok, I can't really claim to be an expert at this, but here I go:
I think you should replace the Bone Sword and Lashwhip with an extra set of Scything Talons. The Toxin Sacs might not be necessary as well, as Tyrants have a good strength to start with. The extra 12 points could be invested as gaunts or Raveners. The same can be said for Warp Blast.
The Lictors are a good choice, no complaints here.
Your Warriors are a bit screwed up. The first one has 2 guns, a generally bad situation for non monstrous creatures, while the other two each have only one bio-weapon. I suggest adding Scything Talons to all of them, replacing the Devourer from the first one.
The Zoanthropes are perfect, the only thing I could ask for would be a third Zoanthrope.
The 'Fex seems a little costly for a melee 'Fex. He probably won't make his points back. You should probably either water him down or make him a Gunfex (VC, BS, Enh Senses, Ext Cara).
The Genestealers are a bit costly as well, and would be my first target as your opponent. They already have plenty of attacks, so you could probably drop the Scything Talons.
The Spinegaunts are great.
The Hormagaunts are also a bit costly, consider knocking off one or two of their upgrades.
The only complaint about the Ravener is that the points from the Devourer might be better placed in more models.
All together, the list is pretty solid. Just needs a little touch-up.

First thing is your HT can't have wings AND EC you would have to drop warp blast if you want a 2+ save(which is really something you should want). Second acid maw isn't worth it IMO but thats just me so I guess you can keep it if you really need it. Also keep the TS as you will wound necrons, SM, and orks on 2+(not to mention necrons have queite a few units with 5 T).
The warriors you will have to be careful with as they will probally not last long in CC(they have two ranged weapons so not much to fight with) and I assume the devours are TL. Also if they are going to be range definatly put EC on them so they can survive bolter shots at least.
Zoans are good but the carnifex has a lot of points on him. First thing PLEASE take off spore cyst as that is one of the worst bio morphs as it can hurt yourself by using it and all it does is put a mine right next to you. You might want to shave off a couple bio morphs to ease up on his point cost and get him some ripper bases with leaping so they can catch some victims for him(he is too slow to effiecently do it himself).
Take the ST off the genestealers as you could buy two more and have two 8 man squads instead of one big 12 man.
Spinegaunts are kinda small may want to bulk em up a bit. You deffinatly need more hormagaunts as 8 can hardly do anything and can't take any damage or they become to small to do anything.
Drop the dev off on the ravenour and put the points somewhere else.
Is it me or does any other necron player get annoyed when they see people saying "Necrons eat souls". How is that even possible as souls are part of the warp and necrons want nothing to do with it? Eh probaly me just me being picky.

I'm using all the models I have right now, and I don't have any Rippers, so yeah. I may re-do this list though and implement some of the suggestions you've made.
I would remove the devourer on the barbed stranler guy and jsut stick in scything talons to save points i can't think of an occasion where u would want to fire the devourer instead of the BS.Originally Posted by Squishy3While CC carnifexes are to be feared. Against SM you should remove almost everything from the board with Genestealers. and orks i like to let to come to me while whittling away there numbers with Barbed stranglers and devourers before reminding them whose better in closecombat. Keep your big guys away from close combat with orks they hurt but genestealers massacre orks.
